I've been coming here for about 14 years. In 2020 I changed because this office no longer accepted my insurance. So I tried 3 different dental office and none of them were exceptional like this office. The other offices just didn't compare and I feel like they were just cheating me out of my money. I literally changed my insurance to a provider another provider just to return in 2022. From the front desk customer services that JEROME always provides is immaculate. He has been here since I started at this office. The staff is always honest, friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. Today my hygienist was SHAR and she was gentle, down to earth, friendly, and patient with me. Thank you Today's dental for always going above and beyond for me.

Went their to get a tooth fixed, due to a cavity. The dentist fixed it, no pain been eating loke a champ every since.

I went here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. Omar was great, very friendly and did a great job. The dentist was incredibly knowledge and so was her assistant (Brittney, I believe). On top of a great experience as a patient., I loved seeing the rapport the employees had with each other. Definitely Recommend!!

I've used the Randallstown office for several years and always had an interaction with Jerome. He always has the best attitude no matter what office function he is performing. Today was the first time he has been the Technician assisting the dentist (Dr. Sherita), with my fillings. The two of them were awesome! I am not a fan of Dentists or needles, but they did everything right today to make me very comfortable. I highly recommend this location of Today's Dental.

Over the last 25+ years, this was the best dental office and visit I ever had. I am looking forward to the end results and continuing the path to getting my teeth health. From the time I called, visit and left I felt welcome and I know I am in good hands.

All staff were polite and courteous. Today's Dental followed CDC guidelines. Baby girl had a wonderful dental visit. Keep up the great work!

The staff at today's dental are top notch. I was a little sceptical at first to go there, because as with most doctors no one wants to go. But my visit was very nice, I even had a extraction done and didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This place is the most unprofessional so called dental establishment ever. Let's start at the booking of the appointment. The lady asked what type of insurance did I have. I told her Priority Partners. She let our a huge sigh and said well it don't cover this and they and if you need anything extra your insurance won't pay. That should have been my first indication not to patronize this place. My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm on May 3, 2021. I was at the appointment on time. I walk to the desk to check in and a guy was at the front desk on the phone. I stood there waiting patiently for him to greet me however, after 10 minutes of him not greeting me or saying I'll be with you I sat down. Another 20 minutes go by still no greeting and no check in. About 1:35 pm he finally stands up and says to myself and another person that had been waiting who was first??? What??? Who's first?? The other lady stood up and I was here first. He checked her in she went back. It was now 1:45 pm the front desk guy is now checking me in. I go back the tech took X-rays and tells me the hygienist or the dentist will be in another 15 minutes go back the dentist appears. She was Not very personable and short. She looked in my mouth for two minutes and said someone will be you. The tech comes in it it now 2:05 pm. I asked when will the hygienist be in? He tells me to be patient. The dentist said she needed the room for someone else. So they moved me to the very end of the hall to another room. The hygienist appears. He says hi, your appointment time was mixed up with the other lady her appointment was at 2 and yours was at one but I am going to be with her for another thirty minutes and can you wait or come back. Instead of fixing their mistake they asked me to wait or come back when I had already been patient enough. He then says will you be coming back? After the unprofessional, unethical, rude and ignorant behavior displayed at this ghetto place I will not return. I feel as though because of the insurance I had and the other lady was white they felt as though my time was valuable nor I should be treated with care and respect was not . Horribly staff from admin to the providers.

I recently went in for a routine cleaning. The staff was very polite and the dentist provided overall assessment of my teeth. Next, the dental hygienist provided excellent and comfortable care. I will definitely return and recommend others to visit.

I made clear over the phone the type of ins I had, only to be told, once I arrived that they didn't take it. Left, called ins co, and was told they were on the list. Called back to dental office, was told a mistake had been made. Made another appt, that I never intended to keep. They had no qualms about inconveniencing me, so I ret the favor. Hood rat, ghetto. Stay away

The staff were very nice and professional. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. There was no wait and they worked with me to figure out my insurance to be able to afford the cost for treatment.

My first time in the office and company and my experience was wonderful very pleasant staff, my wait wasn't long they acknowledge me as soon as I came in. Very clean everyone had there mask on rooms were presentable. I would definitely recommend
