Absolutely the best dental office I've ever been too. Technicians and doctors are always making sure I'm comfortable and I understand what procedure are being performed. Additionally, the office staff is fabulous in telling me costs and expected insurance coverage.

Thank God for a great family owned and operated dental office. Denise is a super tech there, and both Docs are patient and take their time with each patient to ask questions and truly "root out" (pun intended) your problem. I hereby "crown" (haha) Today's Smile the #1 Dental Office in New Braunfels! And over the years, I've been to several...so don't "brush" me off, because I've lived here a looooong time. You can say I'm getting long in the tooth. I was going to add one more dental joke, but I seem to be at a floss.

DR McCutchen and her expert staff are simply the very best there are. Not just in New Braunfels, but anywhere you find yourself. True professionals, as a retired Army combat vet with decades of service, leadership is always the key to an outstanding team. If you find a business with issues it's a leadership issue. It's not just an Army thing. Her leadership and skill set is beyond reproach. Friendly, highly knowledgeable staff from a leader in dental care. From the most high tech implant dentistry to the simplest kindness, DR McCutchen has it all. I have been to many dentists in my years, she is not just a highly skilled clinician with state of the art technology, she teams up with the finest doctor for procedures that must be done outside her per-view, DR Keller is her trusted go to Periodontist that's just a few doors down, and for advanced dental issues, they are quite a team. Most dentist are afraid of recommending another for oral surgical issues because they lack faith in their available choices. DR Keller and DR McCutchen work as a team with one goal; world class dental care. As a retired Army enlisted soldier and an officer as a emergency medicine provider, I know that building a cohesive team that can seamlessly come together to provide soldiers with unquestionable world class health care, whether we are in Baghdad ER or at Brooke Army Medical Center, there is no single provider or medic, it's a team effort of intuitively knowing what the others need and acting without asking. This is exemplified with DR McCutchen's Innate leadership and her team from the front desk to the Skilled support staff, and always feared dental chair, I have nothing but confidence and certainty that I will get the care and truth every time. By far the best service ever!! I called at 8am to get an appointment because my crown fell off. They were triple booked and they were kind enough to squeeze me in so I can be taken care of. They are so professional, kind, friendly, and they make you feel part of their family.
