Absolutely the WORST dental experience I've ever had. The staff was great, the dentist was rude, condescending, and ruthless. I was talked down to and asked questions that were meant to make me feel bad. I told her that I have never been talked to like this and told I had horrible teeth. Her response was "you painted the picture, I'm just telling you what the colors are". She shouldn't be in a customer facing position. I can't adequately articulate how bad it was. As soon as she left the room I got out of the chair and left. I felt bad for the hygienist. She was nice and professional. To be clear, this wasn't Dr. Kim. This was one of his dentists. One that should be working at Chick Fila breading chicken in the back where she wouldn't have the opportunity to be nasty to a customer. If I could give -5 stars I would. I wasn't going to leave this review without talking to Dr. Kim, but I left a message for him to call me....he didn't.

You never have to wait long in the lobby before you are called back for your appointment. The doctors, the assistance and staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Love the staff! But the bathroom is shameful. Dirty toilet seat ,dirty sink ,dirty mirror, no hot water for hand washing, and the soap was filled with just water. Makes me wonder how clean it is where they put their hands in my mouth....gross! The receptionist should get off her butt and clean the bathroom before health dept snatches them a low score or a critical for no soap and water not temping properly.

Dr. Tan and Alyssa , Kayla all are very pleasant,kind, and caring. I was in a rush to get my crown done and they not only got it done but went out of their way to keep me informed what was going on too. I was just very impressed. I highly recommend Dr. Tan and his team.

I've been using Today's Family Dentistry for many years, and have always had a great experience! My dentist, Dr David Kim, is a superb doctor and I always enjoy going to see him and all the girls who clean my teeth. They've always been professional, yet also treated me like a friend each time I visited. You need to check them out for all your dental needs if your around the Cullman area.

Unbearable is all I could describe it as... the pain from the tooth that is. As a brand new patient I called to see if there was a slight chance of getting in on my only two days off. Not only was I able to get worked in, but they decided they would be able to preform my root canal I needed. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS IS THE PLACE. This is the dentist practice that will help you. I can't promise that they can mimic what they were able to do with me, but they are truly trying to help people. THANK YOU to everyone who is a member of the team there.

Dr. Tan and his staff are always kind, considerate and professional. But down to earth nice people! I don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I don't dread the visit.

Great first appointment! They took great care of me, taking a complete set of X-rays, then with my insurance came up with a treatment plan, that will help get my smile back! Very happy I chose Today's Family Dentistry!

Our dentist, Dr. Kim, is an exceptional dentist! The dental hygienists are professional and very friendly. Brittany, you are amazing! The receptionists are very organized and helpful. Everyone works together as a team, providing the best dental care with a smile! Our family loves this practice!

Friendly dental hygienists and the doctors are amazing. I have anxiety and sjogrens and they are very knowledgeable about how it affects your mouth and teeth. And great handling my anxiety.

First visit to the dentist and I was seen by Dr.Kim he was great and got my extraction taken care of!! Thanks again Dr.Kim,I will be back for my cleaning in a few weeks.!!!

They always do great work! They have very nice staff that is extremely professional and skilled aswell! I have always used this dentist my entire life, this is the only dentist I have ever used even since I was a teenager.

My hygienist Christy was so nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. The Dentist was really nice too and he explained different solutions for my tooth.

My experience was great! The Dr. help put me at ease by making me laugh with jokes like "what's wrong with you!?, do you not know what sugar is??" I don't have any cavities. Just a chipped tooth that needed fixing. Thank you so very much.

Dentist wasn't friendly. He jabbed the needle into my top lip while numbing my bottom gums. He was not careful at all. Will not be back.
