Dr. Don S. Wyatt attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate studies and achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Creighton, graduating in 2007. He continues to advance his knowledge of dentistry with hundreds of hours of continuing education, including training in implants, full-mouth reconstruction, orthodontics, migraine treatment, TMJ therapy, 3D imaging and more. Dr. Wyatt is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Wyatt has practiced in the Jerome, Idaho, area since 2007. He strives to make a difference in the lives of his patients, building a dental practice that will serve and build the community. He is positive that great dentistry makes a difference in the lives of his patients.
Dr. Jeremiah Funk grew up in the small town of Murtaugh, Idaho. He was raised on a farm and spent many hours farming, cutting hay, driving tractor and helping on the dairy. Throughout his early years, he was very active in sports, as well as FFA.
Dr. Funk spent two years in Madrid, Spain, on his LDS Mission. He is fluent in Spanish. He returned home and went to school at Brigham Young University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Funk furthered his education and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Texas Health Science Center of Houston.
Dr. Funk is very passionate about helping others! He came back to the Magic Valley in 2013 and started working at Today's Dental Care in Wendell. He enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level and loves to take care of friends and family.
Dr. Peterson is the newest member of our Gooding office. He graduated in 2019 from Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies at Idaho State University in physical education. Dr. Peterson has been trained in dental implants, pediatric care and full-mouth reconstruction procedures. He is dedicated to furthering his education and training, making a diligent effort to learn and stay up to date in this exciting profession and regularly competing weekend and online continuing education courses. As a dentist, Dr. Peterson seeks to provide the best possible care to every patient he sees and to try and treat them like a family member. Dr. Peterson is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Peterson has been married to his wife, Katie, for over 15 years. Together, they have nine amazing children. He enjoys serving in his church and spending time outside with his family, including hiking, rock climbing, hunting and any other outdoor activities.

This place is great, the staff were warm and friendly and the doctor got my tooth pulled with very little irritation to it. And the doctor talked about getting me a smile I want to have. Positive, encouraging warm and inviting is what they produce. I recommend this place for any dental issue that you have. Because they are prompt efficient and super friendly.

Awesome care! They finally get my teeth x-rayed. I have a gagging reflex which makes impossible to do. Many dentists have tried over the years. Awesome work and job! Now if only we could fix my teeth and gum problems....

I have a history of horrible dental experience from early childhood. Due to that I have been reluctant to have simple cleaning care for my teeth. Not wise I agree but my reality. I have totally and completely changed my attitude and lost my lifetime of fear of all things dental through the kind and considerate care I have received from the entire staff and in particular Catherine. They have truly saved my teeth.

The staff was genuine. They showed me my x-rays and walked me step by step through what was going on, talked with me about what my insurance covered, and gave me an outline of what our future appointments would look like. I have found my dentistry.

We saw Dr Peterson today. We had an amazing experience. He took time to get us options and answer our questions. We liked him so well we are driving to Gooding to see him again next week. Highly recommend him.
