Dr. Tobar then attained her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, in Boston Massachusetts. She then continued her dental education by completing a one year General Practice Residency at the San Francisco Veterans Hospital at Fort Miley. Dr Tobar enjoys attending a variety of continuing education courses that allow her to provide you with the most advanced and comprehensive approach to your dental needs. She is committed to providing all of her patients with the highest quality of dental care with a gentle and caring touch. Dr. tobar is wonderful. I've been going to her for years. She's very competent and I trust her completely. She keeps my mouth healthy and lets me know what options I have. She'd never tell me I needed something done unless I really needed to.

I have had such a good experience with Dr. Tobar, and my hygienist, Shannon. This a smaller practice, rather than the assembly-line style dentist office I've become accustomed to (and loathe). Dr. Tobar takes her time talking to patients in a way that makes them feel heard. She's also very technically skilled as a cosmetic dentist. I have dental anxiety and sensitive teeth, and I do not tolerate ultrasonic cleaning. Shannon is so skillful at hand-scaling, and equally patient. I saw her yesterday and my teeth look and feel the cleanest they've ever been. Best dental office I've found, and I've been shopping for a long time.

Dr. Tobar is amazing! She has been my family primary dentist over 10 years. She provided incredible service to my family. She is so kind and provides us the best care of. My 2 sons are either out of state or city but always she is taking care of any dental problem for them when they visit home.

Dr. Tobar's treatments are very gentle. She's a great listener and calmly explains each step of a treatment. These are the reasons why I've been a long time patient and make the drive from another part of the Bay Area to see her. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
