I am originally from Hillsdale, Michigan. I grew up playing football, basketball and baseball. In 2007 (my junior year in high school) we won a baseball state championship. After high school I went to Michigan State University to pursue my education. I received my BS at MSU and did research in microbiology, working on the gut microbiome project. I studied dentistry at the University of Michigan and did research on the Class II Carriere appliance. I was fortunate to have my research published in the very prestigious The Angle Orthodontist Journal. From there, I studied orthodontics at the University Of Michigan and focused my research studies on MARPE, a novel approach to orthopedic expansion in skeletally mature patients.
Dr. Timothy Stroster was born and raised in Southeast Michigan. He completed his undergraduate studies at Wayne State University and then went on to attend the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry to pursue a career in dentistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1988, graduating top of his class. He then completed a one-year general practice residency at Sinai Hospital in Detroit, where he gained experience in dental trauma, oral surgery and orthodontics.
After practicing general dentistry for two years, Dr. Stroster return to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry to complete a masters degree in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. Upon graduating in 1993, he and Dr. Hamway opened their first orthodontic office in Brighton, Michigan. Several years later, in 1998, they opened a second office in South Lyon and eventually opened their third office in Howell in 2019. Since the beginning, it has always been Dr. Strosters goal to provide top class orthodontic care and excellent customer service to all of his patients while also keeping up to date on all technical advances in orthodontics.

New patients only!!!, looking to transfer an existing account? look elsewhere. Not willing look at a existing roadmap or take a valid insurance no matter how many forms you provide. Point blank they'll take ya for a full charge if your trying to transfer. Change your sign to new patients only!!!

TNT orthodontist in Howell is definitely the greatest! I would give more stars if I could! Literally every person working there is the nicest and most accommodating ever! I'm so excited to start my Invisalign treatment with them. They are very prompt, professional and courteous. The office is super nice and clean too! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better place to go to. I will definitely be bringing my kids here in the future as well! Thank you TNT!

My 7 year old daughter just started her first phase of braces. Dr McMullen is so wonderful and every staff member we have encountered has been so friendly, informative, and helpful. My daughter was nervous at first but now flies right in there and is excited about her visits. I highly recommend!!!

TNT is the only place I would take my kids for their orthodontic treatment. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hamway knows exactly what he's doing and I really appreciate how he is very informative with his patients and their parents. It's like hanging out with your neighbors, yet very professional. The results also speak for themselves!
