Dr. was very thorough in explaining work about to be done , and handled extractions in a caring and careful manner. Dr. did not leave room until work was completed, no I be right back but stay here in pain till I return, very professional !!! Not looking forward to having more work done in future but I know I will be well taken care of.Kudos to the Dr.s assistant very professional also.One week later my mouth is feeling fantastic considering what was done, Thank you Dr. Basti !!!

Cannot say enough amazing things avout TLC family dentistry! The staff are friendly the welcoming, the office is clean and calming, and the dentist is super caring! Dr Basti is professional and gives her honest opinion. She spent more time with me actually educating me on the root canal that I needed than any dentist I've ever been too! I am petrified going to the dentist. I start to feel anxious 3-4 days before the date of my appointment. And surprisingly I became angry within 2 hours of my appointment due to my fear. Once I got to the office, the staff could detect my anxiety and did their best to relax me. I appreciate the patience that the staff exhibited throughout my appointment.

I find TLC Family Dentistry to be conscientiously proactive in maintaining/improving my dental health - in teeth cleaning and fixing cavities, and general wear/tear on my teeth and gums . This is particularly important because as someone who has had adult braces as well as surgery to correct a TMJ jaw, I have thousands of dollars invested in my teeth, and I want to ensure my investment is protected. TLC also pays attention to dental health issues that come with aging up. They are interested my future not just the present, so I'll always have a good smile and head off any expenses that otherwise would arise from lack of oversight. Plus, they are darned nice professional people. With positive attitudes. They know their stuff. And have the latest technology that goes with it. If all these things are important to you as well, TLC Family Dentistry is the dental health partner you want.

They robbed my insurance took payment for work they didn't do I thought it was a nice place to go until I realized the quote was way higher than other places and they where in my insurance providers list Amd when I spoke with them about them taking payment for a partial they never did they refused to admit it and now my work that I need done is pending because of the fact they say they did this work I'd remember having my teeth pulled there and receiving a temporary if it ever happened and they fact they won't be honest with the insurance I'm just mind blown on how ugly of a business they are running Stay Clear

Everyone was nice, i had a pleasant experience with all the staff and the procedure. the only concern i was quoted $100-$300 over the phone for tooth removal depending on how bad the condition of my tooth was. But it ended up exceeding even the highest price range that was given to me. I dont remember my exact total but it was over $400. Which i dont think is a bad price considering i had no dental insurance, but it would have been nice if the number stayed within the price range i was quoted. Other than that, great place, highly recommend.
