I went to the previous dentist in this building who left without word, despite suggestions from Dr. Yim, the current DDS. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Yim, at TLC Dental, since 2018. He is very knowledgeable, professional. and caring. I highly recommend him.

We used to use this dental practice before it changed ownership and staff and they were wonderful. Skip to next appointment and we were never informed of the change prior to coming in, so that would've been a nice courtesy thing most people would do and most clients would appreciate. Even though we had done X-rays 6 months before they proceeded to tell my wife she had 8 cavities somehow. Luckily she declined the work and a follow up appointment and we went to another dentist for a second opinion. At our new dentist office they confirmed what we already knew. No new cavities whatsoever.....only two old fillings that needed very minor attention. It's sad and pathetic that someone you would think you can trust would mislead you in such a major way that you have to go somewhere else to make sure of what would seemingly be impossible, but I'm sure they've duped a few people with the same tactics and scams. I hope this review will prevent this from happening to other people, as this is no exaggeration and is Truly the way the events took place.

It is a pleasure that I have been afforded an opportunity to share my excellent dental care and customer service relationship with the TLC Dental Center. Let's just forget the acronyms and spell it out; "Tender Loving Care," is obviously, my Dentist's main priority along with professional treatment and dental work for him and his fantastic Technical and Managerial Staff. Let's face it; when it comes to making an appointment with the Dentist, "Absolute Fear Consumes My Every Thought!" If a thief wanted to rob me, all they have to do is say they are a Dentist and I would surrender my wallet without a fight! However, even though I enter the TLC Dental Center for a cleaning or a procedure, shaking in my skin; this Dentist exercises great patience, kindness and reduces my shakes to a calm relaxed state of mind. I fear needles more than walking into a pit with a dozen snakes, but, each time this Dentist uses a needle on me, he employs techniques that simply eliminates the pain. He talks me through the process, gives me secrets I never heard of before that really works; it is like magic! I boast about this Dentist, his superior knowledge of Dentistry, his fabulous Dental Technicians, and, Office Manager. Now, if that is not enough reasons for me to love my Dentist, his Technicians and Office Manager, allow me to share one more excellent reason to treasure the entire staff at the TLC - Tenderest Loving Caring Dental Professionals in the Tri State Area. I have a very large Service Dog, a Bernese Mountain Dog and he takes up a great deal of space. Even though Zach is very well trained, socialized and obedient in the Public Arena, there are many businesses, medical facilities, government agencies and law enforcement agencies who treats me and my service dog like Lepers, refuse us service, denies us public access and even violates my Civil, State and Federal Legal Rights to use my service dog in Public Places, as is protected by the ADA for People with Disabilities who need and use Service Animals. The entire Dental Staff, the Technicians and the Dentist not only welcomed my Service Dog into the TLC Dental Center of Yellow Springs, Ohio; they embraced Zack, showed him same love that is consistent with their philosophy of giving Tender Loving Care and my Service Dog looks forward to going to the Dentist's Office, where he is shown the same love and respect I receive with every appointment! Many businesses have demonstrated such negative hostile energy in my service dog's presence that he has developed a fear and distrust for adult human beings. You can not possibly imagine how painful and heartbreaking it is to see your service dog, friend and loyal assistant be treated with such ugliness and hate! But, one thing for certain, I know where to go, where to take my precious Service Dog, who I love so dearly, when I need and want Tender Loving Care for myself and my Furry Four Legged Long Fluffy Tailed Buddy and Assistant; TLC Dental Center of Yellow Springs, 1496 Southgate Ave., Yellow Springs, Ohio. Try them, you will never feel such Pure Tender Loving Care anywhere on this side of Planet Earth! Happy Holiday Seasons, Michael & Zacharhias Gilbert

Avoid! Very poor dental care. Dentist put on a cap and relayed it was permanent. Had issues and went to another practice and was told it is a temporary cap that should have been put on for a very short time period. Not months! Also had issues with two fillings. Very poor care. Office was not clean nor organized. I would not return nor recommend anyone to go there.

The staff and Dr are really nice,friendly, and helpful. No pushy sales and everything is explained in detail. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. I would recommend them if you need any dental work. A shout out to Nicole who is the first person you meet. She makes sure you understand everything including the insurance side.
