Something with this office is off or doesn't seem legitimate. Initially I was attracted by all the 5 star reviews but I'd stay away. Don't get me wrong Dr. Yim is nice but something just seems off. After a year I listened to my gut and decided to switch to Cromwell. Now they wont transfer my records even though my new office has requested them twice and I have called and requested them twice myself. During both calls the receptionist told me they were closed until Friday- even though she was talking to me on the phone. Here's some other sketchy things: 1) On multiple occasion I noticed during appointments that there were spots of blood and other stuff on the lights above me from other patients - shouldn't they clean that? 2) Dr. Yim never takes off his mask which always struck me as strange. You can be talking to him in the lobby on a slow day and he always has his mask on. Always. 3) During my last visit I had a cavity he didn't fill because he "knows how I brush my teeth" which was weird. 4) They up sell their own products. I talked to Dr. Yim about getting braces and he tried to pressure me into buying their off brand of invisalign while adamantly insisting I didn't need to see an orthodontist

Went here for my new patient exam and shortly after found out they were not in network. When my new dentist requested my records they were very nasty about giving them up (which by the way is illegal). When I went personally to get them the girl brought them to the door handed them to me and I said sorry you guys aren't in my network she replied whatever in a very disrespectful tone. Do not go here if they treat a veteran like this I can't imagine how they would treat everyone else! I would give them 0 stars but it won't let me.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went to this office for a cleaning and they broke a filling open. Went to get it replaced and after 2 visits with severe pain I went back to my old dentist and they say they had drilled so far down into my nerve for the filling and caused so much infection that the tooth needed completely removed!

Going to have to change my review, my son is not getting the care for his teeth needed. Recently he had some veneer fillings done and had to go back two times for they were falling off. The dentist denied it being his fault and wanted more money, he made it a big deal and said he would do it as a one time present to me? Well, there is more that has fallen out now and the dishonor given to me and my son with no apology or acceptance given by him makes us feel like we don't belong there and very unwelcome back. Not for sure what happened, used to be a great place, but seems like they have taken on to much for them to handle.

The staff are all very friendly and take the time to make sure you understand what is going on. They helped me with functionality and cosmetics of my teeth for a great price. My teeth haven't looked this wonderful in ages!

I'm pretty sure the only "people" running this office are the cats that are living inside. Every time I've tried to stop in during their open business hours they're closed. The only living being there to greet me on my last stop was a cat peeking around the corner staring at me through the locked door.

This dental office is under new ownership and has changed its name to TLC Dental Center of Marysville. The new owners are fantastic and super clean. Dr. Patel is the new dentist and the hygienist Morgan are both so wonderful to work with and kind, caring and gentle. If anyone in the area is looking for a new dentist office, you should definitely check this one out.

I had a broken tooth and needed immediate care. TLC got me in that day! From the minute I entered the door the entire staff treated me as if I had been a patient for years. Nicest staff ever! I recommend to everyone!
