Dr. Kaminar comes from a family of doctors so helping others is a great passion of hers. Her grandfather studied medicine at NYU in the 1920s and both of her parents, as well as her sister, are medical doctors.
After receiving her M.D. Degree from Latvias School of Medicine in 1984, Dr. Kaminar decided to follow her grandfathers footsteps by completing her training for a D.D.S. Degree from the New York University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1993.

Dr. Brian Sokolov comes to us with impressive credentials.Dr. Sokolov graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a dual degree to teach. He then completed his Masters of Biomedical Sciences with a dual degree in pharmacology from University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ. After completing his masters degree, Dr. Sokolov pursued and completed his DMD degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, NJ. Thereafter, Dr. Sokolov continued his training at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, New York, completing a General Practice Residency. Since then he has been in a private practice in Queens, NY and Wayne, NJ. He is very competent in family and cosmetic dentistry, TMJ dysfunction, Endodontic therapies, dental extractions, and minor surgeries.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kaminar's for over 20 years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. The TK Dental office in Wayne offers a soothing, spa-like atmosphere with friendly and experienced team members. The rooms are all very clean with hi-tech dentist gadgetry. I highly recommend booking your next cleaning and/or dental work here! And am looking forward to my next cleaning!

This office has been a pleasure to work with!! Doctor Kaminar has made going to the dentist an enjoyable process for me - whereas I am regularly afraid. Their office is very clean and bright with exceptional staff. Booking appointments is a breeze. Highly recommend!!

Trying to be respectful very hard, i was there today i did 2 filling the male doctor don't know his name gave me anesthesia, not even a min he started working i had pain he said ur a 2 needle guy and then another one and another and another , did not smoothen my tooth i had to tell him to smoothen it not my numbness is gone and im in pain ,can't bite i can feel it's all from all the puncture wounds. I already paid after my insurance paid 80% horrible experience for to basic fillings ,i would rather go and pay extra somewhere else then go back , he finished both of them in 20 min on the way out that's when he should've started but instead he finished before my tooth were numb horrible I regret going here like nothing else , i went to this place for the lady but instead i got this guy he said he was Russian , other than the respect other girls give you this place offered nothing.i can add a-lot more to this review but not worth it.

Dr. Brian Sokolov was excellent in constructing my bridge. He was pleasantly reassuring that the procedure would be a success.I would highly recommend him for any dental work. The entire TK dental office is very professional and helpful. They make seeing a dentist a most welcome occurrence. Thanks to him my smile is much better.

The staff here are so kind and professional. I have anxiety with dental work, but they make me feel so relaxed that the work is finished before I know it. The quality of their work is amazing and I'm having them fix prior work that I had done elsewhere that I was never happy with. I highly recommend TK dental for anyone looking for a great dentist.

I am very pleased to write an excellent review for Dr. Tatyana Kaminar. I feel so fortunate that we found Dr. Tatiana as our family Dentist. As a family we have been seeing her for the past several years for all our dental needs, including semi-annual cleaning, root canal, bridges, and all other dental services. With all our past unfortunate experiences with other Dentists, we could not have found a better facility with high caliber of dental services. Dr. Tatyana is an outstanding professional, extremely gentle and highly skilled. Whenever we needed assistance she always makes herself available. Recently I had appointment for an urgently needed composite bonding after chipping off a large part of one of my 2nd molar tooth. In-spite of her tight schedule, she was able to accommodate me the same day. She and her team did a great job restoring and re-shaping the tooth. The facility is very clean and beautiful, with modern equipment, wonderful welcoming staff's, extremely pleasant assistance; they are an overall professional dental team. Staff at the front desk always goes the extra mile to make sure all of your appointment needs are met. I very highly recommend Dr. Tatyana and her team for any dental needs.

Dr. Kaminar's office is exceptionally clean; no lines, appointments are very wisely scheduled so you don't have to wait for more than 5 mins. Doctor spends a time with the patients as much as needed. The entire staff is very friendly, polite. The hygienists are great and very professional.
