I've never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office before. Ashley my hygienist and Dr. Padron were amazing and very informative. All the girls at the front desk are super sweet. Office is clean, and overall very welcoming!

Ashley was lovely. Super friendly and aware of my concerns. (I have a MAJOR dentist phobia). When she was finished I was all ...."Wait....what? You're done?" Already?" Highly recommend.

Having a tooth removed is NOT a happy time...many fear it. I had a bad experience with another dentist. At Smiles was EXCELLENT, Dr. Pardon was aware of me...not just my tooth. In was such an easy experience, that I have an appointment to remove 2 more teeth, that have gone bad underneath my crowns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMILES DENTISTRY & DR. PARDON. The staff there are also the best!

I've only been there once but was impressed with everyone in the office - front desk, hygienist and Dr Ochoa. I found them to be very organized and efficient and so very helpful! They were knowledgeable and explained things very well and gave me options. They really seemed to care!

Worst dentist I have ever been too..filled a couple tiny cavities that I didn't know I had and now I can't chew on one side of my mouth.went back several times with them acting like I was a hindrance...Never again and now I have to fly back to Michigan to have my dentist fix their mistake!

They canceled my appointment after I confirmed via the email they sent me. I even called the day before to confirm as well then I show up and no appointment. Then to reschedule me I have to wait 2-3 months before they have an available appointment

Should have contacted me when they closed for power outage. (Update) It turns out that they could not contact me because the power/phone/internet were out due to the storm. I highly recommend Smiles Dentistry.

While the experience was good, I am disappointed in the admin of your facility. I prepay based on an estimate of what insurance is expected to cover, but it never even comes close to matching. The worse part is I have no idea until I'm physically there for follow-up's. Would be nice if you notify me ahead of time. No excuse to not call me ahead of time that I will owe more instead of being surprised when I show up next appointment. I am considering another dentist because of this. Poor practice, terrible way to treat clients.

I will give 2 stars because there are about 2 people there that are real kind and professional. Dr Ochoa is one. My first time there was pleasant but it felt like more of an act on their part, as they have all the newer technology and they want to do more to your mouth than needed for more money. I have 2 other relatives that have been telling me they do not feel comfortable going there they think it is awkward that while you have your mouth open in a chair for the Dentist you'll have a sales woman walk in with a clipboard selling you upgrades of procedures. It's not a joke it happens every time. It's their protocol. So they say here is what we can offer you do you accept this fee? They do not return voice messages after not answering the phone during business hours. If you have any emergency in your life and bring it to their attention they will not work with you even financially they want everything the day of. My family members were going there but after they treated me the way they did today there is nothing to smile about. I'm Just glad not having to go back. They gossip at the front like middle schoolers about their clients. It's a shame! The woman who came in to speak to me I will not say a name, was unprofessional and will talk down to you like you are worthless it was regarding billing. She knows who she is when she reads this. She has an ego and she needs to get over it. Because she is very rude and she acts like she owns the place. Pathetic!
