Dr. Titus Tang has always enjoyed working with his hands, building models as one of his childhood hobbies. While he was a senior in college, he had the opportunity to shadow an oral surgeon to explore the field of dentistry. Watching a dentist at work, he realized he could use his love of working with his hands to help people. Instead of building models, he could build smiles.
Since then, Dr. Titus Tang has committed himself to offer comprehensive dentistry for patients of all ages, always with a gentle touch. In 2003, he graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After dental school, he went on to complete a general practices residency at the Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System.
Dr. Titus Tang took over a private practice in Daly City in 2009. In 2013, he relocated to a new location, building a state-of-the-art facility from scratch. In 2021, Dr. Tang extended his dental care to another location in San Mateo. This two build-out allowed Dr. Titus Tang to move away from the standard look and feel of a traditional dentists office. His new office features a gorgeous modern design with bright, clean colors and an inviting atmosphere. It also offers the latest technologies, including cone-beam CT x-ray machine, digital radiography, cerec crown machine, ultrasonic bone surgery device, and iTero intraoral digital scanner.
Dr. Titus Tang loves working with families, from children to parents to grandparents. He provides specialty services while offering same-day emergency visits when needed. For Dr. Titus Tang, being a good listener is an essential part of his job. He prides himself on being an easygoing dentist, willing to take the extra time to discuss concerns with his patients. The office is very calming to be in. All the staff and doctors are very friendly and professional. I had an interview after an appointment and they offered to pre-pone my appointment and make other accommodations for me which was very kind of them. The TVs on the ceiling are nice to stare at while they examine your teeth.

My boyfriend got his fillings done here and he recommended that I do mine at this office as well and I'm so happy I did! Dr. Soe is patient, polite and very skilled. He did an excellent job! His assistant was also sweet and informative. My fillings were done perfectly, I felt no pain, no sensitivity and they made sure my teeth are smooth and my bite is perfect. I am very happy to find them and I will be returning back in 6 months for another checking/cleaning.

Best doctor I have been to. I lived in Germany, Croatia, Slovenia and this office is by far the best. The offices literally look like from 2060, the staff is insanely polite, knowledgeable and amazing to talk to in general. They offered me great solutions to my problem and will come back consistently now. HIGHLY RECOMM!

Great dentist! He extracted 4 of my teeth on my journey towards adult braces and it was a fabulous experience. He was calm and walked me through the extraction while he was performing it and there was literally no pain. My entire family (there's 8 of us) recently switched to Dr. Tang as our general dentist for cleanings, etc., and we couldn't be happier with our experiences so far. HIGLY recommended!

My prior dentist retired during COVID so I was in search for a new dentist. I discovered Dr. Tang's new dental clinic at Hillsdale Mall and was immediately amazed by the modern, state-of-the art facility. The service also did not disappoint! Everyone from the Dr. Tang to the front staff were patient and attentive. I appreciated the explanations I received regarding my procedures and insurance coverage. I have now been to this clinic three times and have nothing but compliments for the team. I highly recommend Dr. Tang to family and friends.

I've been go to Dr. Tang's office for few years in Daly City and finally they opened up a new location in San Mateo in Hillsdale Mall, location is perfect because its so much closer to my home. They have a very friendly environment with unique decor which set them aside from the traditional dental office. All front desk staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Tang is so nice, funny, patient and understanding. He always does a great job cleaning, fix my cavities without any pain and my other dental works. He never being pushy and up sell anything thats not needed, which he made the whole processing is a breeze.

Yesterday I went in for a couple of fillings. The entire procedure was smooth and pain free. Dr Tang did a great job making me feel comfortable and worry free. He's an amazing dentist. Hands down the best. In terms of the office, it's modern with TVs to enjoy. The staff is friendly and nice to work with. I usually go to their Daly City office but this time I needed an earlier appointment. They helped me set an earlier appointment at the San Mateo office. The new office is big and very nice. Overall I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a great dentist in a good location.
