As a Board Certified Orthodontic Specialist (and all-around tooth nerd), I am passionate about crafting beautiful smiles. I grew up here in the Westfield area in a large family as the middle child of eleven children. My wife, Alexandria, and I are high-school sweethearts who are blessed with four children, Anthony (8), Sebastian (6), Zoe (4), and Dominic (2). We are active parishioners at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, and love Jesus very much! Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, anything sports-related, and any opportunity I can take to create something. Although more often youll find me in the midst of a toddler tea party or battling a few child-sized ninja turtles. :)
Ever since I can remember Ive been drawn to art and creating things the artistic aspects of smile design are what particularly drew me to the orthodontic specialty. Its humbling to have the honor of participating in creating something as personal and significant as the smile you wear for the rest of your life! We take this approach with each unique person, we believe that you deserve a smile that lights up the room.

We love Dr Titus and all his staff! Our shy daughter looked forward to all of her ortho visits! They made her feel so comfortable and did a great job of correcting her teeth. Dr. Titus is very approachable and puts everyone at ease, especially because he takes the time to explain the process and answer questions. Our daughter's teeth look amazing and treatment was finished sooner than expected!

We could not be happier with Dr Titus, his staff and the office location. Dr Titus and his staff are so friendly and professional. The office is beautiful with all the new techy fun stuff. Bonus, it is also easy to get to with plenty of parking.

I had a great experience at Titus Orthodontics! Dr. Titus gave me a few options on replacing a permanent retainer. He really took the time to listen to all of my questions and preferences for a new retainer. I would absolutely recommend Titus Orthodontics to anyone.

I am very pleased with the service given by Dr. Titus and the staff. They are all very personable which helps to make the whole experience more comfortable. My son has gone through quite the ordeal with his teeth and dealt with an expander and now braces and they have made the entire process so much more pleasant. I highly recommend this practice to everyone, especially if you have a teenager who needs braces!

The staff is wonderful, friendly, professional, patient, and always smiling! Dr. Titus and his staff have made huge improvements in the appearance of my teeth in just a few months. When the strings break they're always willing to get me in before my scheduled appointment.

Not only is the office space warm, inviting, and intimate, but the staff makes you feel more like a family member than a patient. We spent more time chatting about this and that than we did about treatment. Titus Orthodontics is not a business, but a loving service.

I have been self conscious about my smile for quite some time. From the time I called for an appointment, to putting on my braces, it has been a great experience. They really took their time to address my concerns. Dr. Titus and his staff are very knowledgeable, caring and kind. I love that they send text messages; even Dr. Titus texted to see how I was doing after I had my braces put on. I'm so happy with them! On a side note, I love their logo and the visual vibe of the office too!

Excellent experience! To start with, Titus Orthodontics has a great office atmosphere. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Titus is a very passionate Orthodontist and great with kids and adults alike. He treated my youngest for phase 1 (we will be back for phase 2 soon), myself for almost 2 years and now my older one started his journey towards an even more beautiful smile. He pays a lot of attention to detail and is great in finding solutions when things don't go as planned. There is never a rush through the visits, you will always feel very well cared for. Considering that orthodontic treatments tend to be for an extended period of time, you want to find an office that checks all the marks. Thankfully, you won't have to look any further - I can only highly recommend Dr. Titus and his team.

Where to begin... for the whole picture, the beginning is necessary. Last summer we took our eldest, Cole to see Dr. Titus for the first time. He had an underbite that had reached the point where surgery was the only option. While this was not the news we wanted to hear, it was the news that needed to be heard. Our son has a metabolic disorder to add to the mix so any thoughts of surgery created anxiety for our whole family. As a whole, all of us can not express to any explainable extent the quality of care, understanding, time allotment, and skill Dr. Titus brought to the table for our son, and us, time and time again. Over the course of the last year, he has been a constant in Cole's care -- preparing him for surgery, staying in contact while he was at the hospital, immediate post-op support, and a commitment to support him in the coming months as the post-op orthodontic care continues. Dr. Titus not only is a very skilled orthodontist, he is an amazing person that considers the care of his patients paramount. As a mother that has watched her child go through many crazy situations, I can assure and encourage all parents to trust their children under his care. He is simply amazing.
