Highly recommend them to anyone. Just got a root canal done and was totally pain free. Very professional and comforting since I was so nervous about it.

Had my first appointment today! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional! The dentist explained everything in a way i could understand and got me back in very fast! Will highly recommend you guys to everyone i know!

They change which insurances they accept frequently and when they decide not to take your insurance all of a sudden, they play games instead of just telling you outright that they no longer take your insurance. It's a silly way to run a practice. BTW: That picture on their website that shows the modern exam room...ummm yeah, that's just a stock image they use. The actual rooms are nothing like that.

Wow, just wow.. so bummed out!! He has been my dentist for about 30 years..I retired and they won't take my new insurance. Wow.. I Guess I'm off to find a new dentist...I never dreamed I'd have to go to someone else. Because, yes... he's the best.

Amazing staff, Dr Aungst is the best(in my opinion) around. Only down fall is they no longer take state insurance. Recommend them every time.

Got called into work and had to reschedule appointment. My appointment was for 9am and called at 9am (when they open by the way). Said they would get back to me,never heard from them,weeks later l called,was told they dropped me as a patient. What was l to do,get fired and go to the appointment? Gezzzz give a working guy a break

They seem rushed. The cleaning was not very thorough. Literally scraped 3 of my teeth and then polished. The whole process was probably 15 minutes. My daughters appointment went the same. Staff was very friendly though and was a clean environment.

The staff is second to none.. Everyone hates a dentist appointment, but the people here make it as pleasant as could ever be expected.. I've seen other reviews about canceling problems and forgetting an appointment.. I'm not sure how that would ever happen.. I had several reminders leading up to my appointment, between text and phone calls. People want to blame the provider instead of being responsible for appointments that " They made" As for me and my teeth... I'll never go anywhere but Tipton Family dentistry.. Thank you Dr Aungst and staff.

Fast and friendly dentist and staff they are very good at what they do. Dr. Aungst is super compassionate and will check on your well being constantly throughout any procedure. He knows exactly what he's doing I recommend this practice to anyone who wants a solid competent dentist and staff working on their teeth. Just be sure to give them a 24 hour notice for any cancellations as they run a super tight schedule and they will not reschedule you if you don't give proper notice.

As far as dental work goes there's probably not too many that are as good and probably none that are better. Also The hygienist is fantastic! I've been a patient for over 20 years.

Best dentist around, he's been my dentist since he opened his practice when I was in high school. He is great with kids too. Dr. Aungst has taken care of my kids from their first dentist appointments; my first at 3 yrs old and my second at 2 yrs old due to severe acid reflux. He has an awesome staff as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My youngest son was in the hospital the day of his appointment and I completely forgot all about his dentist appointment. When I called to reschedule they told me that I should have walked away from my son who was fighting a temp of 104 with trouble breathing,high heart rate just to call them but since I didn't they won't see him again. They don't give you any chances nor care when life gets in the way.
