Was a good, comfortable place for my children to get their teeth worked on. However, I recently had an appointment for my son to get X-rays and a good teeth cleaning and polish. I live 55 minutes away and the Town of Newton is under heavy construction, because of this I was 10 minutes late. When we arrived they got us back within a few minutes. At first, the assistant told us we only had time for X-Rays and that we could schedule a polish and cleaning for the next morning. I was irritated but, I understood since we were a bit late from the construction. Then, the Dentist came in and ran her fingers through my son's teeth and gum line while inspecting for any damage. After this, is where my 2 star rating developed. The dentist then says that his teeth look great and tells him good job, then, follows up with stating there's no need for X-Rays. I was hoping that meant they could at least clean and polish his teeth but, I guess I wasn't aware that we(my son and I) weren't important to this Dental group. They didn't do anything... nothing at all. We were then scheduled for a 6 month check-up, even though we received absolutely no service from them at this appointment. So, I took time off work to benefit my son's dental hygiene and drove 55 minutes to get shafted and receive no service at all, ultimately a waste of time and money and no teeth cleaning. I will no longer recommend this dental group.

Today was my first visit. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. The girls at the front desk were very kind. My hygienist was awesome and understanding. My dentist and his assistant were wonderful. His assistant was awesome with me. They were both very compassionate and took extra care making sure I was comfortable while getting a molar extracted. Needed extra numbing as my molar was very decayed. I will definitely be back for all of my dental needs. They did for me what another dentist refused to do. Now I can eat and sleep again. Thankyou Joel Smith, Phil, and Brandi so much! My dentist even got a hug!

Dishonest people never go back there, they cover the malpractices for other dentist, unprofessional there is no ethics at this place I took my wife for tooth pain they did x rays of her entire mouth but they did not care to tell us that she had a needle in one tooth that was left inside her gum from a root canal by the Twietmeyer Family Dentistry . Tippin ignored it we found out when we went to a 3rd dentist he showed nus on the x ray. and gave us the tooth with the needle in it after he pulled it out... They asked us at the Tippin Group who the previous dentist was we told them it was Tweetmyer. Had the Tippin told us about the needle we could have possibly saved the tooth from being pulled and sued Twietmeyer dentist...

It's a very painful experience and one of the most dreaded Doctors visits but overall the building is extremely clean and the staff are nice. Everyone seems to work together well. Overall a great Dentists office with great people.

I have enjoyed Tippen Dental. The staff at the front desk are friendly. The hygienist is great. I think her name is Sierra. I don't know for sure. Dr. Andy Friesen came highly recommended. I'm very happy with him. For my last visit he was gone so I saw Dr Joel Smith. Though I prefer to see the same dentist each time, Dr Smith was a great substitute. Thank you guys so much.

Great experience here! Dr. Mackenzie Reed and Dental Assistant Rachel did a great job on my cavity. They were very professional, confident, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and I felt no pain during my appointment. I recommend Dr. Mackenzie Reed.

Very caring and friendly people work here! I am amazed, time and time again of the care and respect I receive whenever I visit here. I have visited other dental offices in my life, but none can compare to Tippin Dental Group. These people here have what it takes to make you happy and get you a clean, white smile!

Will not go back. Tired of the disrespect. Good with kids but the one that calls you or the one you call to reschedule is very disrespectful. My daughter was very sick had to cancel her appointment, the lady doing the rescheduling was rude, she said it would be another 6 months, I told her I couldn't do that, my daughter has a heart condition and she has to have her teeth cleaned every 6 months. She didn't care. I told her I would find another dentist for her. She said OK. And I did within 15 minutes. They saw her on Monday, and I called on Friday. Explained about the cleaning and her health. They were great and she's been back again and still all good. Then I just received a call from Tippen last week or maybe week before reminding me of my daughters appointment. I had to explain what happened again. And she said OK. She was nice.
