My daughter has seen Dr Scott twice and loves it here! The staff is incredibly friendly, nice and patient. Dr Scott is also a sweetheart and talks to my daughter while working on her teeth which helps her calm down. Our previous dentist office was terrible and I am so glad I made the switch here. Definitely recommend Tiny Teeth to anyone!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! If I could give a zero star, I would. My daughter was seen for a fractured tooth. We waited two weeks and went back in. I was told she didn't need a root canal. Dr. Scott was who we seen. He isn't our normal dentist. However, considering the trauma, I was happy to see first available. Boy, was I wrong. He put together a haphazard "fix". This is my daughter's top front tooth and it was a completely different length, width, & color. The line was plain as day to see. I was not happy. When I tried to express my displeasure, I was simply told they did all they could do and since how it was a permanent "adult" tooth, they didn't have the tools to properly treat/do the cap. Well, WHY did they even try to begin with if they didn't have the proper tools??? They sent me to another dentist that wouldnt touch it. She referred me BACK to Tiny Teeth. Tiny Teeth refused to do anything and also refused to give me a referral elsewhere. They told me to call my insurance. Then, proceeded to exit my FOUR children from their practice. Mind you, I have been driving an hour and a half for 11 years to this clinic. I hadn't planned on taking my children back as our current dentist is leaving the pratice or drastically reducing his availability time for the practice and we haven't been able to get in to see him for a while now. But the way we were treated was disgusting. Fast forward, yesterday I took my daughter to a dental office and feom the X-rays provided by tiny teeth i was told my daughter DOES need a root canal. They even redid the X-rays to make sure and sure enough she does need a root canal. Also, the work they witness from Tiny Teeth was absolutely terrible and could have been done better. So tiny teeth was just going to slap on a haphazard cap and call it good when in reality my daughter was in need of more serious work. They simply did not care. THANK GOODNESS SHE IS IN GOOD HANDS NOW

This place has always been amazing, & such a contribution to our son's life. He has Autism, & has to be sedated for dental work, & they are an absolute dream to work with. Such a blessing, & Special Anesthesia Services that comes in to help are 10/10! Both parties are so respectful to his needs, & explain everything! Dr. Healy is amazing, my son has no apprehension when coming in to see him! Love it here!!

I took my daughter here for several years without issues so I scheduled my youngest son his first dental appointment here as well. They canceled his appointment without even attempting a phone call because I did not reply to the confirmation email, which I had never done for my daughter previously. I showed up from out of town and was told his appointment was canceled by a VERY rude receptionist. Then the next time I tried to take my daughter, after getting and responding to 2 confirmation emails, I show up and they are closed. When I get ahold of them to find out what happened they informed me her appointment was canceled back when I attempted to take my son. This tells me they decided I would no longer take my kids there and without even confirming canceled her appointment. They obviously do not want to keep the patients they have and I would rather take my kids somewhere we are communicated with appropriately and appreciated

Tiny teeth has always been an amazing place to take my children. The staff and building are very kid friendly. My kids look forward to the dentist and never have any fear. Even my 1 year old was pleased, they were gentle and patient with her. Hands down recommend Tiny Teeth over any other dentist!

Very bad experience for two reasons: 1. I was told during consultation that I could sit by my son and hold his hand while they filled his cavities. The day we came in they told me twice "we don't have any chairs" when I asked. HELLO!!! There are several dozen empty ones in the next room! As a result, because they lied to my son and I, he screamed like a maniac because he couldn't see me. They bruised his cheek. 2. My MAIN COMPLAINT is that Dr. Courtnee Martin promised me at the consultation that she could fill two cavities we were concerned about. She filled only the back one, drilled the one in front, then abruptly stopped. I said "Are you done?" and she said "I can't do any more on him" and we were escorted out without any explanation or directions for follow-up! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! As the hygenist was pushing us out the door I asked, "Why didn't she fill his tooth after drilling?" and she was nervously looking around the room as people were listening. In short, they promised much but did not do as they promised, and may have endangered my son's future dental health.

Took my son for a consultation and received a bill afterwards. Was given wrong information on the phone when scheduling this appointment and when declining to go forward with dental treatment, it felt like trying to leave a used car lot with the salesman following you out. Never had a consultation that I was billed for. Wouldn't recommend.

My daughters began seeing Dr. Martin and her team about 2 years ago, and we have nothing but great things to say. My oldest daughter needed dental work requiring her to be sedated, and given the situation, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was kind, caring, and listened to our concerns, and my daughter still loves going to the dentist. I recommend Tiny Teeth to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

Abiel was the first to die out of all the little kids the orthodontist looked at, go look at the older reviews. This was not the first time something went wrong!

I heard about the poor boy. But if they had no clue that he was allergic to the medicine they would not have given it to the boy. It is NOT anyone's fault for him dieing. I'm sorry that he died. But you cannot Blame the Dentist for this. This was probably his 1st appointment. The parents probably didn't even know.

My 3 year old is really hard to handle at doctors appointments, the staff there really knows how to help and talk him through it. All the staff is super friendly! Such a nice welcoming environment!

Wonderful staff and atmosphere! My daughter is 2 and both the hygienist and the dentist were amazing when working with her. She has been talking about her visit nonstop! Highly recommend!

Just heard about sweet abdiel how could you not alert his mother about what was happening until the ambulance got there? And why are nurses without experience working there? This is malpractice. Also, you aren't saying anything on Facebook and trying to hide this. Every person and parents need to know this happened!

Don't trust a dentist place that kills a 3 year old... just saying..

Tiny Teeth was exceptional, Jenni I thank you so much for helping me out today with Isabella. I Also work in a industry that deals a lot with insurance. People who don't understand the process and make it a bad experience for themselves will be more likely to leave the bad reviews. Those who have a great experience will sometimes leave a good review. Repeats typically almost never leave a 2nd review so please don't determine your visit based off a few bad reviews there is always additional details being left out ;) thank you all!
