Do NOT take your kids here for Orthodontics. If you have a problem with the braces they tell you, you have to wait till your scheduled appointment! It's ridiculous. So what's the point of paying over $5k but can't get your kids braces fixed when needed!!! I have to wait 2 weeks for them to fix the wire that came out of the bracket. How are his teeth going to get fixed if every time there's an issue I have to wait...

We have been going to Tiny Teeth for over 2 years and I love Dr. Preece and Dr. Rex! They are patient, kind, gentle and very understanding even with a rambunctious 2 year old! We will continue to take the boys there!

Wowowow! I can't recommend this office enough. They have treated my little brother who has special needs amazingly. Ashley is amazing with my brother and so is Dr. Anya and team. Everyone is very friendly and patient. I'm very grateful! Highly recommend!

The lack of customer service is ridiculous! Why schedule appointments if you can't get patients in at that time you set them up for. Been waiting for over 45 minutes to be seen. My child is anxious as is to be seen. And then it's inconsiderate how you ask the front office workers how much longer and they just immediately say "do you want to reschedule?" Like girl what. Instead of your smart remark get up and find out how much longer for my children to be seen. Anywhere medical/dental practice I have been to they can give you an estimate time. Don't just tell me I'm next tell me the time!!! Why give me an appointment at 9am if I still have to wait for almost an hour to been seen!!! How does that make sense!!???! Don't just leave your patients wondering and sitting. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! if yall can do that, that would make more patients happy. update: it took 55 minutes to be called back. Smh. However I do want to recognize u like the front office. Ashley attended to my child and she was amazing and you can tell that she loves children by her kindness and caring touch. She helped my daughter be comfortable and that I can't complain about. Thank you Ashley for your kindness!

2:04pm checked in got paper work at 2:15pm finished signing they came out took the clipboard daughter appt was at 2:30pm didn't get in a room until 3:25pm all just for a 6 month check up and cleaning was out at 3:48pm wait time was ridiculous than they still want to ask if i want to reschedule at 2:56pm when i asked how much long for them to call her back

I took both my girls in to get their 6 month cleaning and Dr Rex and Mario did an amazing job!!! Dr. Rex is always so patient and answers all our questions every time we come in!!!It was our first time meeting Mario and he was amazing with my girls!!!

First impression was great. Office is clean and colorful. Friendly staff and doctors. After a visual exam they told me my 2 year old had 2 to 4 cavities that needed to be filled. It was going to cost about $450 with insurance. I didn't feel comfortable with it because of my son's age. I took him to his previous dentist for a second opinion and he couldn't see any cavities and said he was too young for x-rays. We chose to wait until he turned 3 (6 months later) and got x-rays with his old dentist. No cavities. I am fearful of dentists who do unnecessary work, especially if they suggest general anesthesia, because of the tragic stories of children having bad reactions.

Came in with my child to the Sunnyvale location I will never bring my child back here again. Unnecessary treatments, rude staff in the back checkout desk and they disregard any complaints.

The Dentist here was amazing. She repaired my baby's tooth and it look better than before!! Wish they serviced adults! But my children are in the best hands so that will do for now!
