Here at Tiny Teeth Pediatric Dentistry, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Our entire staff is wonderful with children, allowing them to relax while we care for their teeth.
Our dentists and staff have received extra training for primary teeth. Our goal is to protect your childrens teeth so they can eat and speak correctly. We will do whatever we can to help your children have the bright smiles they deserve.
As a child Dr. Caroline Branchal wanted to be an architect, she loved drawing floorplans, making houses out of leaves in the front yard, and watching her dad draw plans on graph paper or in AutoCAD. Throughout high school and college, she found her passion for science and medicine. Shadowing in doctors offices, research labs and hospitals, she found dentistry as a perfect blend of medicine and architecture!
Dr. Caroline was a 4-time individual state champion in tennis while at Ridge View High School and went on to attend Vanderbilt University on an athletic scholarship. As a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Council, Dr. Caroline had the opportunity to volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club in Nashville and the Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital. Seeing the joy you could bring to a childs face by engaging them at youth tailgates, the annual field day or their Christmas party each year, and simply being a smiling face greeting them in the hospital she knew working with children was something she would always do.
After college, Dr. Caroline returned to South Carolina to attend the Medical University of South Carolina, College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Caroline was one of two honor graduates in her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society in 2012. Upon graduation in 2012 she moved to Memphis, Tennessee to complete a two-year pediatric residency program at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where Dr. Caroline received advanced training in providing comprehensive dental care to children from infancy through adolescence, as well as children with special healthcare needs. She received specialized training in growth and development, conscious sedation and hospital dentistry.
Over the past 8 years, Dr. Caroline has had the opportunity to treat thousands of children in private practice in both the Midlands and the Upstate of South Carolina. She has held hospital privileges at both Prisma Health Richland Hospital and Greenville Memorial hospital. Dr. Carolines goal is to create a positive view of the dentist for each child by loving them as she does her own!
Dr. Caroline, her husband, Dan, and their three children Luke (7), Claire (5) and Emma (3) live in Columbia. When not in the office you can find them at the park, swimming, riding bikes, doing endless arts and crafts projects at the kitchen table, or navigating the world of sibling rivalry! We are busy and daily life is full of baby dolls, rainbows, unicorns, Pokemon and Legos, but our hearts are full!

Dr. Caroline Branchal graduated from dental school in 2012. My toddlers first dental visit was phenomenal thanks to Dr. Caroline and her wonderful staff! They definitely go above and beyond to make sure the child is comfortable before even touching the child's mouth. 10/10 recommend :)

This establishment is very shady. After our first visit they billed my son $204. This is shameful as we only spent maybe 10 minutes in the clinic, half of that was in the waiting area. Most importantly, he's autistic/non-verbal and would hardly open his mouth. I restrained him while the dentist attempted to look around his mouth with a toothbrush. They ended up classifying her 10-second peek inside his mouth as both a "new patient exam"and "Prophylaxis or cleaning." The exam being billed for $91 and $72 for the cleaning. An additional $41 was added for fluoride that she dabbled on his two front teeth. I was perfectly fine with both the exam and fluoride charges. I understand that something needed to be billed for their time. However, to charge for a cleaning and exam is unethical in my opinion because services were minimally rendered. He would have needed sedation in order for these services to be properly conducted. While I do have insurance, there were issues with processing that were no fault of the establishment's. But regardless of me or them paying, the charges should accurately reflect the service. I intend to pay the full amount but needless to say, we won't be returning.

My child has been afraid of the dentist since age 2 for whatever reason. She was scare going in for her appointment today but the staff was so positive and supportive. They were able to make her feel comfortable and excited for her next visit. Thank you

Everyone was super nice and helpful! Definitely a great experience and my kids LOVED IT! One of mine has always been terrified with the dentist and they made him feel so comfortable! They are always so accommodating and soooo nice. Love it here at Tiny Teeth!

If I could give more stars, I would! Everyone & I mean everyone was truly amazing! My son had a couple things done & gave Dr.Caroline and her staff a run for their money. They were so patient and kind. Not one time did anyone get irritated or show anything other than gentleness and amazing bed side manners. Thank you guys so much!! It means the world to me that you so were so good to my son!! He's a handful!! Thank you so much again. So happy we found you guys!! If you are looking for pediatric dentistry... Why would you go anywhere else except HERE!!!!!

We love Dr. Caroline! She is always so patient and understanding with our three children. Their office staff is so welcoming and helpful. Our middle son has dental anxiety and the staff is always so reassuring to him. He has made so much progress with his anxiety about dentists since we started coming to Tiny Teeth. We wouldn't trust the dental health of our children to anyone else! Thank you!

10/10 recommend , this facility is A1 for sure , I went in nervous that my 4year old whom is borderline autistic would not like the service & we would have to reschedule , but nope! They took him and made him laugh let him see and feel things so that he would be comfortable and the entire appointment went smoothly literally they were all respectful and greeted me and made me feel comfortable safe to say my baby has a permanent dentist he will be seeing until he is an adult

We love Tiny Teeth! We followed Dr. Caroline here when she started this practice because we didn't want to not have her as a dentist! We live in Camden and drive to Irmo for her! The extra love and care that she has for kids really shows. She clearly has a passion for what she does and that is what makes her a great dentist. We have been for regular checkups and a couple emergency visits and every time is a great experience both for my daughter and for me! The hygienists and front staff are also wonderful.
