Damon Duckworth, DDS, was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Duckworth graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then graduated from the University of Southern Californias Ostrow School of Dentistry and subsequently completed a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Cohen Childrens Hospital of Northwell Health, in Long Island, New York. During his residency, he received extensive training in orthodontics and completed rotations in emergency medicine, oral pathology, ambulatory anesthesia, as well as pediatric medicine.
Sheena Kawamoto was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. She attended the University of Arizona and earned a bachelors degree in physiological sciences. After graduation, Dr. Kawamoto moved to Phoenix, where she worked for what is now known as Spear Education, a state-of-the-art continuing education facility for dentists. It is there that she found her passion for dentistry. Dr. Kawamoto attended Midwestern University in Glendale, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. Dr. Kawamoto then moved to Albuquerque, where she worked at a pediatric office before making her way back to Arizona to attend A.T. Still University for an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. Dr. Kawamoto is committed to providing quality care. She is excited to be part of a great team that promotes excellent oral health, education, and most of all, fun for all of our patients. When she is not working, she enjoys going to the gym, yoga, and hiking. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and a good laugh!

Love this place! We've been coming here for more than 10 years. They always treat my children respectfully and with the upmost care. They all look like they are enjoying their careers. There are soo many pediatric dentistries that treat the children horrible. I am glad 5 /6 of my children are patients here, with Tiny Teeth. I also love the ship. The small children always play on it when we are waiting for the big ones! Love it!!

"Tiny Teeth" is what caught my eye, my ear (it had a GOOD ring to it), and my heart because the name says We are aware that these are little ones with TINY teeth. When I called, the receptionist was knowledgeable and patient to listen to my questions and her service REALLY got me in the door AND THEN... I got to experience the office AND ALL the staff. From the receptionist, the dentist, the assistants, Tiny Teeth has AMAZING and beautiful staff that are pleasant, confident, on time, very well rounded and thorough verbal communication, the skills to comfort the kids, assure the parents, send accurate reminder texts and follow up phone calls, beautiful child friendly dentist office atmosphere and neighborhood. Me and my daughter LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!! They deserve the all the great kuddos that they receive. We parents appreciate it and our kids look forward to coming back!! Thank you tremendously. One more thing, I thought my daughter was walked out to me because maybe she didn't want to allow the dentist to perform her treatment or maybe afraid of a needle, and they walked her out and said she was such a great patient and that she's all done .WOW!! The lobby is comfy, kid / parent Friendly and by the time you settled in your chair or calm your nerves about the treatment, your kid will be on the way out, with a smile literally On my first day, I saw a little boy that was maybe 7 years old leave his mom in the lobby with confidence and enthusiasm to go back with staff for his treatment. I KNEW this was the dentist office for my kids!! If your kids need a dentist, look no further. This place IS THE BEST! ***BEST WISHES TO YOU ALL, IN ALL THAT YOU PURSUE IN LIFE***good vibes

Switching dentist as soon as possible. The same lady dr. Raya always is super pretentious and eristic towards me as mother for no reason I have 3 kids all under the age of 4 and she always makes super unnecessary and rude comments and I'm assuming it's only because I look young super unprofessional do NOT recommend

Such a cute and creative place! It made my daughter feel comfortable and happy :) Great staff and good work. They also put sunglasses on her and gave her a prize after! I highly recommend

Its a good place but needs work on customer service as in front desk but i like it takes a long time to get in the back so make sure to bring toys or somthing for your kids cool painting nice ace

I love tiny teeth, I been going to them for 14 years, started off in the Phoenix location until I relocated to Goodyear and now I am going to this location, they are so clean, very respectful, and knowledgeable about their job, love it,, and thank you to the whole team,

My toddler loves coming here. She enjoys the entire experience from start to finish. Staff does an awesome job at making the kids as well as adults comfortable. She can't wait to go back.

So as a kid i had a near death experience when I was my daughter's age (5) so I've been VERY hesitant about where I take my daughter. Anyways, the front desk ladies are so sweet and are always on top of things. My kiddo has an abscess and they originally sent her home saying it would drain on its own and she didn't need antibiotics and I ended up calling them they next day because she had a fever from it, and she needes antibiotics and i wasnt expecting them to move as fast as they did, but 30 mins after I called they sent in a script for my baby and called me back immediately, I'm so very grateful. They make My daughter very comfortable, I'm really happy I chose to take her here. She got her tooth removed and they were so sweet to my baby. I'm happy we come here

Staff Jenn and Dr. Sheena worked very good with Titus, my son for his first dentist appointment. He's a quarantine baby and doesn't really know how to act with people he doesn't know yet. They were still very patient with him! Thank you guys!
