To go a step further, he literally spent the next 10 years looking for the perfect hygienist, which he found in Katie. She has over 30 years of experience in dentistry and is able to provide thorough, gentle cleanings that help our patients get back to baseline so theyre prepared for any other treatments they might need.
Once the right people were in place, Dr. Tindal then invested in some of the latest dental technology available today. With the newest instruments, hes able to get a better look at patients dental anatomy, better explain treatments, and deliver more comfortable and precise care at the same time.
And, Dr. Tindal even came up with a way to help people easily afford this exclusive type of dental care. With our Dental VIP Program, one annual fee completely covers a patients basic dental care for the year and gives them access to discounts on all other services.

Dr. Tindal was born and raised in northern Indiana, and he moved with his family to Florida right before his senior year of high school. With a true passion for what he does, Dr. Tindal strives to care for every patient as though they were family. He looks forward to serving you and your loved ones using his expertise in dental prosthetics, dental implants, and many other advanced restorative services.
Dr. Tindal was initially drawn to dentistry because it gave him the opportunity to use both his mind and his hands to improve peoples lives in a meaningful way. He often tells his patients that he combines art, science, and engineering to restore their smiles. His dedication to service and technical savvy makes him perfectly suited for the delicate work required of a prosthodontist, and to him, nothing is more fulfilling than knowing he helped give someone their smile and confidence back.
Dr. Tindal received his bachelors degree from the University of South Florida and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida. While there, he was awarded for outstanding undergraduate work in the field of prosthodontics by the American College of Prosthodontics.
He continued his education with a three year residency at the University of Florida where he obtained his masters degree and certificate in prosthodontics. During his third year of residency, he was selected to be the chief resident by his peers.
He has a true love for modern esthetic dentistry and completed his masters research in the field of composite bonding. He thoroughly enjoys advancing his knowledge in the areas of ceramics, dental implants, and complex multidisciplinary treatment planning.
Dr. Tindal enjoys spending his weekends with his family, which includes his wife and four children (two boys and two girls). He also enjoys learning about cars and playing the guitar whenever he can. During football season, youll find him cheering for the Florida Gators.
Dr. Tindal is also involved in various charitable organizations, including Project Christmas Smiles (provides free dental care for those in need) and SPARCC (a non-profit organization which provides domestic violence and sexual assault services).
Katie has been a registered dental hygienist since 1986. She graduated from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, Illinois where she lived for 30 years before moving to Florida in 1998. Earlier this year, Katie received the title of Certified Registered Dental Hygienist. This allows her to provide dental anesthesia to her patients as needed. She is passionate about dental hygiene and is always striving to provide high-quality patient care. She is dedicated to learning and using the latest techniques in dentistry and dental hygiene so she can offer each patient an individualized plan. Her expertise in dental hygiene and local anesthesia, aptitude for learning, and team-based approach make her an extremely valuable member of our team.
Katie is married to her high school sweetheart, Allen, and they have three wonderful daughters and three pugs. When shes not at the office, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, going on weekend getaways, running, and doing hot yoga.
Brittany graduated from Manatee Technical Institute in 2011 where she earned her certification in dental assisting, radiology, and expanded functions. As one of Dr. Tindals chairside assistants, Brittany focuses on patient needs in order to provide them with a superior experience in our office. You may also notice her lending a hand at the front desk and greeting you as you arrive. Her kind and welcoming personality is a big asset to the Tindal Prosthodontics staff.
Destiny is a Florida native, so she naturally chose to complete her studies at the University of South Florida. Since joining our team, she has loved coming into work each day because it means getting to see patients transform their smiles into the ones they will love for the rest of their life.
With 13 siblings total, Destiny comes from a large family! When shes away from the office, she loves traveling and exploring. Although she loves the beach and the sun, she is always down for a day on the ski slopes too.
Maria is from Miami and attended the Smile Smart Dental Assisting School for her education. She loves working with such amazing people at Tindal Prosthodontics, as well as being able to help others every day through her position!
Marias family is a little crazy, but they are always there for her when she needs them most. IN her free time, she enjoys going on walks with her dog and hanging out with friends. An interesting fact about her: she actually lived in Columbia for four years.
Although Martina is relatively new to our team, she has an impressive 20+ years of experience in the dental field. She studied at Front Range Community College for Dental Assisting, which is where she earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certification. When asked about her favorite aspects of her job, she shared that its getting to meet new people and helping each patient have the best possible experience.
