I found this place and thought I give it a try. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!!!!!! My son is 3 and autistic! The very first appointment I waited over an hour to be seen. 2nd appointment I waited 45 minutes to be seen. His 3 appointment he was supposed to have an oral surgery. They wouldn't even let me in the building with my child to be with to make sure he took the medicine and was okay. All they offered was for me to wait in the waiting room. Had I known before hand when the plan of action was given that I couldn't be in there I would have never agreed to it. It is partly my fault for not asking but I would have never thought they would let a parent be with their MINOR CHILD FOR SURGERY at least to make sure he didn't have a negative reaction to the medication! I know my kid he gives me a hard time with meds what makes you think he's going to let you do it??? Again they wanted me to sit outside in my car while my 3 year old autistic child was getting some work done ??!!!!! I DID NOT LET MY SON GET THE WORK DONE !!!! I found another phone to take him too. This place is not good and an extreme disappointment.

I am officially done with the this place. They used to be great. They were always slow but for the past 2 years they've made us (parents) wait in our cars while our children are seen. I haven't actually seen the dentist's face or heard her voice in about 2 years!! I should have cut ties with them when one month after a checkup my son had a DEEP cavity that definitely should have been brought to our attention during our visit. Of course that led to us pouring out money for fillings and getting teeth pulled. Lets not talk about billing. They are always saying I owe money when in actuality they owe me....and I haven't seen a dime!! RUN from this place!!

I can't give them one star because she is really good with the kids, but this office is crazy power hungry with the masks and not allowing families in the waiting room. We have 3 kids, so we're forced to send the kid in alone who's being seen. No matter how young, they won't allow more than one person to accompany, ie: if you have a 3-year old being seen and also have a 1-year old child, the 3-year old has to go in alone without the parent, or you leave your child in the car... I guess (terrible thing to do, just unsure what Dr. Moses would purpose). There's no compassion here with separating the families. I feel bad for any single parents. The waiting takes place in your car, and they bring you a pen to fill out forms. A pen that you don't know who's touched and spread their germs on, so you can also spread your germs to the next person, via pen of course. It's all "in the name of safety", but it comes across as an unnecessary abuse of power.

This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen. TRUST ME, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Reporting this office to the ADA.

I would like to CAUTION everyone about Tina P. Moses' dental practices. I have experienced several unethical practices here. I have been charged for missed appointments that I never scheduled, billed for services not rendered, they attempt to perform repeat, unnecessary X-rays (within 1 month of the last images), and not be allowed to enter the office with my child, even when she had anesthesia and a procedure. She was traumatized when they finally brought her back to me- even to this day she begs to never go back to "that dentist" again. They have double billed me as well as United Concordia for the same service, on SEVERAL occasions. Once I decided to switch to Pediatric Dental Specialists, Tina P. Moses' staff continued to lie and create bogus charges. When that didn't work and I proved that I didn't have any outstanding balance, they created a "RECORD RELEASE" charge of $25 per patient. If you all decide to schedule with this office, please pay very close attention to your bill/charges.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service we received here. They require you to sit in your car which is terrible in this Georgia heat for our little kids. They also require masks which was not communicated at the time of booking our appointment. We were turned away for our appointment because we did not have masks and they did not have any to provide us. It can be a process to get kids out of school and to appointments so to just be flat out refused service over not having a mask was incredibly disappointing especially given their COVID protocols are more extreme then any of establishment I have been to in a year

Staff was rude glad I found another pediatric dentist, After being referral by my daughter pediatrician, I call to see if the doctor was accepting new patients, staff said yes what kind of insurance, I stated peace state, I was placed on hold on to only find out that this doctor will not accept any new patients with Medicaid I processed to ask why she said it's the office choice to accept who that want . I replied well she had a private insurance, staff then stated that doesn't matter she still has Medicaid

This place is crazy. Walmart and most businesses in georgia have done away with mask. Not this place. They still require mask and make u wait outside for your appointment. Guess someone didnt get the memo about gas prices. Even though they probably voted for it. If i have to wait i need gas money. This palce is one of maybe 5 places in digusta (Augusta ga) that take medicaid and they know their patients are poor, but still take measures to make it harder to receive care. Going to have to put my kids on my insurance to be able to go to anothef dentist.

We were billed for missing appointments. After several attempts were made to reschedule and cancel more than 24 hours in advance. There was always no answer or the mailbox was full. Dr. Moses herself told me that there's no way that noone answers the phone or that the messages left are not returned. She called me a liar. I can't be if multiple reviews all state the SAME EXACT PROBLEM!!. She then went on to hang up on me. When I tried to call back, 18 times!!! They continued to hang up on me or send me to voicemail. Very unprofessional. I was upset and maybe have lost my cool, but you would too, if you were told over and over again that you were lying. I have proof in my phone records of the multiple attempts I made to contact this office. Please avoid this practice. It has definitely gone down these last 2 years. Unfortunately.

We missed a appointment due to the cov 19 out break this was when outbreak had first started we were scared to go anywhere so we did not take him to his visit for his cleaning but we paid the missed visit fee then we was told we can no longer be a patient of theirs because we missed appointments but I only remember missing 1 appointment. I just thought they would be more understanding due to the cov 19 situation. I explained to them my husband and I take our son appointments and doctor visit very serious and we would never just not show up unless it's a good reason and at that time the pandemic had started and the cov 19 numbers were increasing and we did not take him anywhere for a long time. I just wanted to share our experience but everything has finally work out we found him a great denistry now.

Contacting the office with the knowledge of insurance billing I requested to speak with the person who handles billing for the office and the front desk person stated "I can try and help you" when explaining that my son is covered by two insurances that will cover his dental procedures 100%. The person continued to attend to get us to pay the amount not covered by the first insurance without contacting the second insurance company. Getting clients to pay unnecessary fees so they do not have to file secondary insurance is unethical and near fraudulent.

Update::::::: front desk (brittney) very rude. I had problems with her several times. First time I asked her to go to the back with my son because he was getting his teeth pull. She lied and said he was done and was in the bathroom. My son was very scared when he came from the back he was only 8years old. Second time I called to change my kids appt. She put me on hold and hung up the phone. I tried calling back, she hung up the phone again. I called back again, no answer. So I left a voice mail. No call back. Months later she calls and say they need to come in. I told her I called and tried to make an appt after trying to reschedule, she hangs up on me again. I took my kids to get their tooth clean by another doctor until I could get an appt with tina mosses. Which I got for today. Guess what happens, they couldn't be seen due to having a cleaning by another doctor. So the lady reschedule them for April. Then I get a call saying that appt is canceled and I have to take my kids else where by Brittany (front desk). I asked to speak to someone else several times and she says no one is there but her. So now she suppose to tell tina to call me back, which I doubt she will give her the message. My kids only been seen once this year and that's because I had to find another doctor to see them due to the front desk not scheduling my kids to be seen. My kids been going to tina for 5 years and as soon as this girl comes. They've only been seen once. She needs to be fired or replaced. I hate my kids have to go to another doctor because this girl has problems 4 years ago post:::: Tina mosses get the job done and my kids love her. Never had a problem. She answers every question with no hesitation.

As a practicing dentist (periodontist), if I had an office manager who was as unprofessional as Dr. Moses', she would not be working for me for long. We just moved to the area, and I was looking for a dentist for my 17 month old. Colleagues gave me recommendations, but I wanted to do my due diligence. The first three times I called, there was no answer, and the voicemail was full. That in itself was a red flag. The only reason I was so persistent, was because of the great reviews. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told that Dr. Moses was not accepting any new patients. I figured she was either extremely busy, or was limiting patient care due to COVID. However, ther website said that she in fact, was still accepting new patients. Again, because of the great reviews, I remained persistent. I called back, (no answer after 3 attempts). When someone finally answered, I proceeded to schedule an appointment. She never said that they weren't accepting new patients. I gave her my insurance information, and got hung up on. Initially, I thought the line got disconnected. However, I called back 3 times... no answer. Dr. Moses may be an incredible clinician. But it's unfortunate, that her staff is her limiting factor. There's no way, I would have my child seen at her practice.

Wish I could give negative stars. Continue to receive notifications for missed appointments our family never made. Attempt to call to cancel "scheduled" appointments with no response. The only successful call I was able to make I was told someone would "call me back." Spoiler alert, no one called. Do yourself a favor and find another provider. I will be pursuing resolution outside of contacting her office.

My kid's initial appointment should have been my cue to find another provider! I needed to reschedule, so I called the office...no answer. Tried again, same thing so I left a message - no response. Left 2 more messages, still no response. Appointment day comes and goes and I get a bill for missed appointment, but after complaining, they deleted it (I hope). I finally get an appointment and find out my kid needs fillings and other things I don't remember, but the copay is ridiculous, but if we need it I'll pay. Go back for the procedure and ask what procedures were we getting/what exactly was I copaying for. The hygienist changed her story at least 3 times before she finally said she wasn't sure. I'm uncomfortable with the idea of sending my kid back unaccompanied with so much going on, Covid or not. And Dr. Moses is known to physically restrain kids using a papoose board (see image for knowledge) to strap them down during procedures, which is unacceptable!! And after I cancelled our most recent appointment (and removed my kid from this practice) someone still called to confirm. And I will NOT be paying for a missed appointment due to their poor office standards!!! Do yourself a favor and find a better, more caring team who allows you to accompany your kid, answers their phone, has office standards, and can answer basic questions that may arise.
