Dr. Tina Thomas is from Kissimmee, Florida where she is a 1987 graduate of Osceola High School. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1995 and started her practice in Sebring immediately upon graduation. At that time, she was the youngest dentist practicing in the state of Florida at 25 years old. She was named to the American Dental Association new dentist committee where she shared with other dentists how she found success in practice ownership. She met her husband, Isaac Durrance while in dental school in Gainesville, and they were married in 1996.
Dr. Pyle was raised in Sebring, Florida and is a graduate of Sebring High School in 1968. At that time there was not dental school in the state of Florida, as a result he attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. After his undergraduate work, he attended dental school in Memphis, graduating in 1974.
For a period, he was an instructor at the dental school before coming back to our local area to practice in Wauchula starting in 1976. There he met his wife Debbie and they were married in 1982. Dr. Pyle has been practicing dentistry in Wauchula continuously since then.
In 2020, Dr. Tina Thomas purchased Dr. Pyle's office and changed the name to the Pyle Dental Center to honor Dr. Pyle's work in the community. Dr. Pyle will continue to work in the practice and provide dental care to his patients.

I had a visit with the dental hygienist and she was excellent. She gave me a very thorough cleaning and was careful to make sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. The experience was extremely positive. I'll be back.

Dr Tina Thomas is worth every cent she earns. She considers the patient's complete life style and the end goal the patient wants to achieve. Her staff is in incredibly knowledgeable and uplifting. Dr Thomas continues their education as she works with them. I will not go to another dentist ever again. I have anxiety and she is understanding and calming. Don't waste your time and dental health with any other dentist. Get the best, you deserve it.

My initial visit convinced me I was in the hands of a caring professional. I was referred to her by a friend and I'm going to call him and thank him. The facility was very up to date, well equiped with the latest technology and very well kept and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend her and her practice to anyone.

Always a good experience. I had a terrifying experience with a dentist when I was 12 and it has stayed with me all my life but Dr. Thomas is very understanding with "scaredy cats" like me.

I've been a loyal fan & patient for 25 years. Dr. Thomas is smart & never tries to over-complicate her procedures or dental recommendations. Her specialist referrals are SPOT on (surgeon, endodontist, orthodontist, TMJ specialist, etc)! I've loved watching her office evolve & transform. Truly commited to our community, she loves my kids & my family. We love her staff, too! Not sure? Go visit!

The decorum has calming colors. Everyone has a welcoming greeting. I was nervous about the work I needed done. To my surprise all for nothing. Totally please with my 1st procedure. I would recommend Dr. Tina Thomas to anyone who fear dental visits.

Very positive! I was called immediately upon my arrival, and the Hygienist was very congenial. Tiffany? not sure of her name. I got to meet Dr. Pham, she also was pleasant. March 29 - Another fine dental experience. Dr. Pham is a master of polishing new fillings, not a rough spot anywhere.

The hygienist is wonderful. I actually love having my teeth cleaned. Always have and this no exception. However, I was unable to be seen by the dentist after waiting 20 minutes as she was treating another patient.
