Absolutely awful company. They took my personal information and card information without being upfront about their purchase policies. When I contacted them about it, they had no answers or explanations.

I have used TinMan for decades. Ryan and his staff know bonding materials and protocols better than most dentists. Business is built on quality product care. TM was ahead of the game in storing composite materials in refrigerated storage. Big companies have followed suit but Ryan was ahead of the curve as he usually is.

It is a pleasure doing business with Tinman Dental. Ryan is my customer service rep and is always willing do to whatever is needed to make sure I am happy. If there is ever a mistake or some misunderstanding Ryan makes it right. Tinman offers a lot of quarterly specials that are better than anyone else. If I suddenly am out of something I just pick up the phone and Tinman comes running with whatever I need. Its nice to be able to support local small business rather than sending all of my money off to some huge corporate office.
