I have had periodontitis for decades--apparently it is genetic. Fortunately, a good friend is a famous oral surgeon in a foreign country. She has given me three implants. She gets a colleague, a professor at the main teaching hospital there, to do my routine periodontal work. So I know what good care is like. But when Covid came along, I could not get to her country. So I searched for the best care I could get in the Bay Area, and was referred to Dr. Wu by a teacher of oral medicine at Harvard. Dr. Wu's care is indeed the best there is--careful, meticulous, methodical, with no willingness to provide anything other than the best care possible. I will not compromise on the quality of life that comes from good dental work, just as I would not settle for a mediocre oncologist. Dr. Wu and his staff are is the best there is.

Dr. Wu and his staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was nervous at first, but they always provide me the information that I need to make decisions about my dental health without pressure. I've completed implant and grafting procedures with Dr. Wu, and they have all been done with care and precision, and all successful. Dr. Wu is very knowledgeable and professional. Dental Hygienist, Cindy, provides thorough cleanings and helpful tips for caring for sensitive gums. The office staff uses email and text to communicate to accommodate their limited office hours.
