There's no surprise 90% of the negative reviews for this office have to do with the receptionist they have working there. If you can get past the garbage that works the front desk, the dentists and hygienists are good at their jobs.

Everyone was super friendly and sweet. The Dr explained it to where i understand and the nurses are so kind when doing procedures. Need a root canal so I'll be seeing them often lol.

Says they are open on Saturday until 2 pm. Tried calling several times starting at 9am until 11am also sent an email trying to get in for a broken tooth that was causing extreme pain. Never could get a hold of anyone and never did hear anything back ended up going to the ER. Don't wast your time with this place it's a sham

Great staff and Dr Spears was wonderful. Had a great experience and I have a white coat syndrome phobia. I never felt in more comfortable hands. Very informative and wonderful bed side manner. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

He performed a root canal on and whitened my granddaughter's tooth. We were very pleased with his work.

Doctor Spears son done my root canal and he was amazing such a cool guy and was very easy on me I would recommend anyone going there he ueses all 3m product that are high quality the root Canal was about 400 cheaper then anywhere else and was very understanding about my situation. I will never go to another dental office if they can fit me in.

I have to say after my former dentist retired I have waited to long to find a new one .. With that being said I was right back into that "nervous" feeling about going to the dentist . But I must say that the staff that I interacted with was so nice and professional ..The doctor was very nice and understanding with my dental problem. . I'm very pleased I picked them and my new dental office ..

Doctor and staff are very nice. Equipment is older style, not that that is a bad thing. Did implant extraction that other surgeon put in. No charge. That was really cool I thought.

Told me I needed old fillings replaced and that we needed to start a schedule to do it. I didn't have insurance at the time so I put it off. A year later I moved to SC and found a new dentist. A good dentist. I still have my old fillings that DO NOT need to be replaced. Apparently making money is more important to Dr. Spears than morals. I could've easily gone into debt, as a college student, because I trusted my dentist. He also did a horrible job on my mom's root canal & she ended up losing the tooth a few months later. Go to Dr. Monday..go anywhere but not his practice in Nitro or Oakwood Rd.
