We are a 3rd generation family owned dental practice that has been proudly serving the Burlington community for over 60 years. Dr. Tim’s father, Dr. Hugh Smith, began the practice in 1954. Dr. Tim worked with his father for over 10 years and now Dr. Tim welcomes his daughter, Dr. Allison DeLorme, into the practice. We appreciate our loyal patients throughout the years, and new patients are always welcome!
Dr. Timothy Smith is a Burlington native who has been practicing dentistry in Burlington for over 30 years. Dr. Tim attended Marquette University School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1984. Dr. Tim holds membership with the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Burlington Dental Society. Dr. Tim lives in Burlington with his wife, Sharon. They have four grown daughters and one granddaughter. In his free time, Dr. Tim enjoys playing guitar, biking, travelling, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Allison grew up in Burlington. She graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 2015. Prior to dental school, Dr. Allison attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison where she earned her Bachelors degree. Dr. Allison holds membership with the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Burlington Dental Society. Dr. Allison lives in Burlington with her husband, Matt, and their daughter, Gwen and son Parker. Dr. Allison enjoys spending time with her family, friends and practicing dentistry with her father.

Highly recommended! I have been going to Dr. Tim Smith for years and have recently been seen by his daughter, Dr. Allison DeLorme, the last couple of visits. Both are great! These are the first dentists that I have been completely comfortable going to. I'm always confident that the visit will be painless. I broke a molar the other night and saw Dr. Allison this morning, so it could be fixed or another alternative. I was really worried about losing the tooth. She was able to fix it and the entire process was painless. I was very happy to keep the tooth and was amazed by how easy it went. I'm truly impressed by both doctors. They make going to the dentist easy!
