Dr. Rothrock grew up in the Fayetteville area, where he was involved in the local 4-H club, playing in his high school band and working in his parents' apple orchard. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 1988.

Dr. Rothrock has been practicing for 32 years, and most of that time has been in Springdale. He has many families that have been with him since day one, and they would not go anywhere else. His caring, compassionate touch and personal connection help him to create lasting relationships with his patients. Seeing families grow and working with them to maintain healthy smiles is his passion.

Dr. Rothrock has remained committed to improving his knowledge and skills through numerous continuing education courses. He is a member of the Seattle Study Club, the American Dental Association, and is active in the Academy of General Dentistry. He strives to keep his patients educated and informed so that together they can make the best dental choices to ensure confidence and quality in their health and their smile. He and his team endeavor to use the highest quality materials and the latest trusted dental equipment, as well as, unrivaled labs to ensure that they receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care to fit their particular needs.

Dr. Rothrock is married to Nicole, and they have two great kids, Elizabeth and Grant. He loves spending time with his family and traveling. Dr. Rothrock also loves the outdoors and you can find him hiking or biking the awesome trails in the area.

Nicole holds a degree in Marketing from the University of South Alabama. She brings her business experience, people skills, and attention to detail to the team to assure that no stone goes unturned. She loves helping patients get the most from their dental benefits and is always willing to go the extra mile to help our patients. She will do everything she can to insure that your visit is a pleasant one! When out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and, of course, hiking with Dr. Rothrock.

Debbie is a Native Arkansan from North Little Rock. She graduated from the University of Arkansas and UAMS in Little Rock, receiving her degree in dental hygiene in 1979. She has been keeping smiles healthy since then. She has been with our team since 2004 where she enjoys the personal relationships she has with her patients and their families. Debbie is always a welcomed, friendly sight with her affectionate smile and compassionate attitude. She has a passion for her field in which she provides a top level of trust and education so that her patients achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles for a lifetime. Debbie continually stays apprised of dental hygiene education and maintains a level of awareness that her patients come to expect. She and her husband are avid sports fans, and you will usually find her cheering on the Razorbacks with great enthusiasm. She loves spending time with her two grown children and her adorable granddaughter as much as she can.

Tina has been a wonderful asset to our team since 2010. She graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith Dental Hygiene School in 2010 and has been with our office since the fall of that year. She just loves dental hygiene and the opportunity she has to help people make healthy dental choices. She has her license to administer local anesthetics and does so with a light touch and a caring heart. She has enjoyed forming lasting relationships with her patients and providing them with the education and tools to keep a lifelong healthy smile. She and her husband, Mark, have three active children. Tina loves reading and hanging out in her pool.

Jeanette has been with our team since 2014. She is a graduate of UAMS with a Bachelor of Science. Her main objective is to provide and promote a desire to maintain great oral health with a pleasant experience. With her bubbly personality and genuine smile, she is a welcomed asset to our team. She has a daughter, Blaire, who is the light of her life and three, four-legged children: a bulldog, Cocoa, and two rescued cats, Dickson and Maple. When she is not working, she loves to travel to the beach and enjoys painting.

April began her dental career in 1992 while in high school at the West Campus Technical Center in Fayetteville. There she earned her Registered Dental Assistant licenses in radiology, polishing and nitrous oxide monitoring. As our Compliance Officer and Safety Coordinator, she is continually educating herself and our office in infection control and OSHA compliance. She has been a friendly and caring face in this office since 2000. April considers our patients to be friends and family. April will be the first to give you a hug, hold your hand, and gladly hear about what is going on in your world. She is a wonderful liaison between all parts of our office so that it runs smoothly and effectively. She and her husband live in Springdale, but love spending time at their cabin in the woods.

A fresh face to the office is Kateland. She is originally from Vilonia, AR and is happy to call Northwest Arkansas home now. Her spunk and positive outlook make her such an asset to the team. She is eager to help, thrives on learning and always has a quick smile. She has a knack for making our patients laugh and feel comfortable. She is enjoying the family atmosphere and caring manner that this office provides. Kateland delights in getting to know each patient and seeing the transformations not only in their smile but also in their attitude. She is a proud mom to an adorable little girl that brightens her world. You will most likely catch her doing anything fun outdoors or honing her cooking skills.
