Having been raised in a dental-friendly home, Jenni found familiarity in the dental field when she started as front desk in Twin Falls. After moving back home to Boise with her husband and having learned her way around dental insurance, she found her way into her favorite job,working part-time for her dad. Jenni enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, playing sports, singing songs and laughing at her husband's puns.
Suzy has been a Certified Dental Assistant for 30 years. She enjoys working in an awesome office and loves taking care of patients. Suzy grew up in Kentucky and loves spending time outdoors with her husband.
Deidre has been in Registered Dental Hygiene for 15 years, prior to that she was a dental assistant for her father who is a dentist. She has two amazing boys and enjoys keeping active with them. She enjoys skiing in the winter and spending as much time as possible at the lake in the summer. Deidre also loves paddle boarding and wake boarding.
Kristi has enjoyed working for Dr. Hathaway since 2007. She began her career in dentistry over 30 years ago, first as a dental assistant and currently as a hygienist. She is happily married to her husband, Dee. Together they have raised three wonderful children who are married and adding very cute grandchildren to the family! Outside of work, Kristi finds joy and fulfillment by providing many hours of service to her church and also spending quality time with her family.
Melinda is a graduate of Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Melinda and Dr. Hathaway have worked together since 1992. She has been married to Dan for 44 years. They have one son and two beautiful granddaughters. Outside of work Melinda enjoys running in the Boise foothills, skiing and golfing.
Sarah started working in the dental field in 1996 after completing the BSU dental assisting program. She is happily married to her best friend, Chris for 20+ years and has raised 4 daughters 1 son and 3 Labs.
Brittany has been in the dental field since 2007. She became a Dental Hygienist in 2012. She has a passion for her career, as she loves to help people. She loves dancing and spending any free time outdoors with her three daughters and husband.
Becky started working front desk at a dental office in 2015. It is important to her that you enjoy a feeling of ease and confidence in our office. Becky grew up in Utah and moved to the Boise area in 1996. Her pride and joy are her 6 children, their spouses and her grandchildren. She loves hanging with family as well as enjoying anything to do with nature.
Britneys dental career started in 2018 after graduating from the Dental Assisting Program at Carrington College. As an Idaho native she enjoys the amazing outdoor activities this beautiful state has to offer. She loves her job, trying new restaurants and her dog.
Danielle began working in the dental field 15 years ago as a dental assistant. After 11 years of assisting, Danielle returned to school to become a hygienist. Danielle has working in both large and small offices. One thing has always remained and that is the patient comes first.
Alyce has been a dental assistant for 9 years. She moved to Boise in the spring of 2021 and spends her free time with her husband and dog. If they arent watching a sitcom on the couch you can find them exploring all Boise has to offer outdoors or looking for their new favorite restaurant.
Wendi has enjoyed helping patients with their dental needs for 30 plus years. She has empathy towards those struggling with dental anxiety and finds satisfaction in helping create a safe and welcoming environment.

The staff at Time To Smile Dental is both friendly and professional.Dr. Kyle Pelletier is friendly and always shows his concern for your comfort and best possible outcome. He has performed a couple of root canals and crowns for me with excellent results. As much as I like and appreciate him and the staff at Time To Smile I wish I had taken better care of my teeth when I was younger. Great people!

All of my experiences here have been great. Everyone that I've dealt with in the office is extremely friendly. (And they are all incredible with kids!) I definitely would recommend Dr. Hathaway and his team to anyone looking for dental care.

Excellent dental care! I've been a patient of Dr Hathaway's for over 20 years and had a lot of work done including crowns, cosmetic dentristy, sedation, cleanings. The respect, kindness and attention to patient care is above and beyond. The entire staff is amazing!

Our family has been going here since 2020 and have had a great experience! My 7-year old just received filling for the first time and Dr. Hathaway was incredible gentle and patient with her throughout the process (she was very anxious). The team here have always been kind, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. We're grateful to have our family in such good hands.

I would give this dental group 100 stars. They are both professional and personable. From the office staff to Dr. Hathaway, my questions were answered fully and in detail. I was aprized of the latest technology and what to expect both before and after. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, checking with me often during my procedure. They called to check on me the next day. I could not be happier with the results. I came from out of state and will do so again:)

My Time to Smile dental team is the best ever. I am a senior with complicated medical issues They created a dental plan which had to be changed a few times which took true skill and much attention to details. The team's dedication to my comfort was and is remarkable. After being in the chair for a total of 13.5 hours, I love the result - I am finally smiling again after a long period of pursed lips The charges were and are so reasonable - I joined the loyalty program and won't go to any other office. Bravo team and thanks especially to Sarah, Becky, Danielle, Lisa and Dr. Pelletier

Update: This is my absolute favorite dental office! I have been a few times since my last review and I am so happy with the care I receive when in the office, then entire staff is amazing! Dr. Pelletier is an awesome dentist to go to! I was so nervous to have my dental work done. Dr. Pelletier was super gentle and efficient. He totally eased my nervousness. The customer service was above par. I am a cash pay patient, and I struggle to find dentists who don't overcharge me, this office is extremely reasonably priced. The office is nicely decorated, clean with brand new technology which makes the exam more enjoyable. I was given a blanket to help me relax. I loved it and highly recommend to everyone!

Dr. Hathaway and Suzie had the task of removing 2 cavities and repairing chipped front teeth. They took extreme care in dealing with those problems, and their professionalism/experience is reflected in just how great my teeth look and feel. Definitely will recommend them for all dental needs.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I had to in this case. I've had two horrible experiences with previous dentists so much to the point that I had made up my mind never to visit one again. Then my wife told me about Evan and crew at Time to Smile and since not ever seeing a dentist is not really realistic I decided to give them a try. I am absolutely blown away about how gentle and caring this entire team was. Besides doing great work, they were always concerned with my comfort level and went out of their way to make sure I was always comfortable and satisfied, even while sitting in the chair!! While the entire squad was SUPERB, two really stick out in my mind and that is Evan and Suzy, both amazing human beings who not only made sure I was informed and comfortable on what they were doing, but on a personal 1 on 1 talking level I could tell they are just good caring people. As a matter of fact everyone I made any contact with at Time to Smile was excellent but I just can't remember all their names :). So if you're in the same boat I was and have concerns or are nervous about it, DON'T be. Just go and you'll see, and afterwards you'll be writing a review just like I am now, that's how confident I am in their workmanship and concern for their patients that you'll have a good experience along with a new dentist.
