As a Timberlane Dental patient, you will be cared for by some of Vermonts finest dental professionals. Our team includes doctors, receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists, and office personnel, many of whom have been with us for their entire professional career.
The general and cosmetic dentists at Timberlane Dental Group develop a comprehensive treatment plan for adult patients that will help prevent decay or disease of the teeth, mouth, gums, and tongue. They also use restorative dentistry procedures to repair the effects of decay, trauma, defect, or disease, and cosmetic dentistry to improve the appearance of the mouth and teeth.
Orthodontists must complete four years of dental school and an additional two to three years of specialty training in the use of corrective appliances (braces, retainers, expanders, headgear, splints, etc.) to prevent and correct the problems caused by an improper bite (malocclusion).

I have been to dentists all over the country and timberlane is fantastic. A culture of caring about patients from ALL staff members, up to date equipment, non invasive, nothing sold to you unnecessarily, gentle cleanings, always on time! Which is never the case in health care! The technicians are really skilled and interesting, from all different backgrounds. Everyone makes a clear effort to know you as a person - which is great considering the offices have a somewhat corporate feel in how big and shiny they look. Would definitely recommend Timberlane to a friend.

Dentist was always fine, but if you have an emergency after hours, you are just out of luck. Their automated answering service doesn't work - just hangs up on you.

The staff between patient and the dentist are very unprofessional. They need to take implicit bias training, upskill their hygenists, learn to accept responsibility when they screw up and treat patients with some service for a very expensive dental group. Asked for my dentist to call me back about my frustration with staff and staff said to just come in and talk to him. Either didnt get the message or he doesnt respect customers. Must be my fault for expecting service. lol

5 stars for Heather! Services have always been good to me, even if the plaster molds for retainers have not. Friendly staff, and pretty quick turnaround although busy for scheduling

Worst policies ever sorry a single mom of two full time job during covid couldn't make an appointment and now my children can not go to any Timberlane offices. Money hungry much.

I understand scheduling is important in their line of business, but the admin and scheduling are completely unforgiving and unkind to clients. We were 8 minutes late for our appt due to snowy roads (yes we probably should have added more time in for this reason). Every other time we've gone for first thing in the morning visits, we wait 15-20 minutes because of emergency visits in front of us - I've ALWAYS been ok with this, of course someone who's had a dental emergency goes ahead of us and we wait very patiently. But the one time we are late, they cancel our appt when we walk in. We've taken time off from work to bring our 4 year olds in for a cleaning and they were so excited for their appointment and to get turned away is brutal for them (not to mention all the time we've taken off already for covid quarantines, things are tough for parents right now. We've been patients for 3 years and never late for other appointments, I'd understand if we were notoriously late. I'm just so baffled and upset by this. Unfortunately, they have lost patients due to this. The two stars are for the wonderful hygienists and dentists.

I came here after a terrible experience at another dentist. Coming here I was able to feel much better about going to the dentist overall. The people here are kind, understanding, and genuinely want to help. I can't say enough good things. Thank you!!

Had to set-up a new patient account with Timberlane Dental Grp. In South Burlington. I was very pleased by the care I received from Dr. Berkowitz & his Assistant Sami. A week later I was set-up with Hygienist Olivia who also took great care of my teeth-cleaning session. All in all very satisfied by everyone I came in contact with; from making my initial phone appointment & follow-up with Celeste to the Front-Desk staff and Billing dept. No regret for having chosen their clinic for my dental needs. I highly recommend them and specifically recommend Dr. Berkowitz who was very honest with my needs + professional & very friendly too !

We had a fantastic first experience at the 60 Timberlane location today. My daughter cracked her tooth, and they were able to get us in the same day! The dental assistant were friendly and professional, the office was very clean and followed extensive Covid protocol. We saw Dr.Cain, who was an awesome pediatric dentist, definitely a good choice in career for him, working with kids... He result built rapport with my daughter and son, and wasn't rushed at all even though you could tell they had a full schedule. He explained everything, and you could hear the smile in his voice. I highly recommend this dentist.

I have been to both the Burlington and South Burlington offices. Staff was courteous and i did not have to wait long even for an urgent appointment. My son has some special needs and anxiety and Dr. Callwood was absolutely wonderful with him. Would highly recommend for children!
