I have been bringing my 6 year old special needs little girl with Angelman Syndrome to Timber Kids Dentistry in Medford for a while now. They have always made it a great experience and have been very patient with her. This last visit we needed to put her under to get x-rays and do a little more work on her teeth without losing a finger, lol. I was nervous to be honest, but Dr. Robinson from Timber Kids and Dr. Eric Smith (pediatric anesthesiologist) made me feel comfortable. These two gentleman and the staff there did a wonderful job!! I have grown up around dental clinics and have family who own dental offices. In my experience this place is hands down one of the best dental clinics I have even been to. Thank you Dr. Robinson, Dr. Smith, and the staff at Timber Kids Dentistry for taking care of my little girl!!

I LOVE @timberkidsdentistry!!!! I have had the worst experiences with dentists in New York (I had a dentist that rescheduled my daughter's appointments EIGHT times!! She hasn't been to a dentist in two years and my 2-year-old son has never been to a dentist). I finally decided to try a place in Oregon while I visited my parents and WOW. Kolby (Dr Robinson) was fantastic. Making an appointment was easy, the kids were seen quickly, and all the dental assistants and Dr. Robinson were professional, efficient, and great with my kids. My children left the dentist office with huge smiles. My daughter asked when she could go back. If you are in Southern Oregon, go to @timberkidsdentistry. You won't regret it

I loved the atmosphere it was extremely positive, high energy, professional, and fast paced. The level of urgency was incredible. I highly suggest picking Timberkids if your insurance doesn't cover them. I suggest switching it over. Your child will not go through an ounce of trauma and the staff is so compassionate.

Dr. Robinson is the best! He makes my children feel so comfortable! He's very good about explaining everything to make sure you understand. The staff is also wonderful, so complimentary and friendly! Special thank you to Jamie for always welcoming us with a huge smile and going the extra mile to help Explain and take care of us!!

My son had his first appointment today. He doesn't do well with people he doesn't know and Lacey was so gentle and patient with him making him as comfortable as possible! Dr. Robinson was wonderful and made the process as quick as possible while still explaining everything! I will be asking for Lacey and Dr. Robinson from now on! Thank you both so much!

Very disappointed in the staff, no communication between the Dr. and patient, and when there is, instead of being up front and telling what they're doing they call getting a shot happy juice, she's 11 she can take it. When there is a problem trying to get a return phone call...forget it

Dr. Robinson I don't why you thought it was okay to put that much metal in my son's mouth when that was not the original plan I trusted you, your staff, and the anesthesiologist which was not part of your clinic staff alone with my child with special needs. I understand we are part Native American, and my son's father's Tricare did not go through so we had Ohp. An when there was problems with the Ohp you required $800 to continue the appointment or wait another six months, I paid you cash, I never recieved the receipt through my email as promised. My son was humiliated and now is terrified to see another dentist. An it was very weird to see you that you removed my son's shoe during surgery and didn't put back on. If you have Ohp, are a single mom and are mixed race with a special needs child be careful, and never hand them cash without a witness or getting the receipt right then and there.

Awesome team. My daughter went in for surgery and came out of it pretty good experience for what was going on. I'm a nervous mom and this place is the best dentist team in town for kiddos. Thank you timber kids I appreciate you all very much.

I am so happy we switched to this dentist. The front staff is amazing and personable, the hygienists are all so kind and helpful, and the dentists do so amazing the kids. My nephew is almost 8 and he feels like a cool dude when he fist bumps the dentist and gets told how well he did. Tvs are mounted to the ceilings and it's a cute, clean place where parents are encouraged to stay with their kids (as opposed to making them go back alone). Do not take your kiddos anywhere else in town!

Care was fine but dealing with their billing was a nightmare. Between visits, they apparently went out of network with our insurance and did not tell us. I was puzzled when I received a bill for 20 times the amount of our last visit. It took about 6 months and 5+ phone calls to find anyone there that could actually figure out what had happened. The whole time I got letters threatening to send me to collections even though they couldn't even tell me why I was billed the full amount. I eventually received a letter nearly a year later explaining that they were out of network with out insurance now.

Amazing dental office! Warm and caring staff that always makes my son and myself feel comfortable. From the front desk to the assistants. Always feel welcomed and listened to. My son had work done by Dr Call and let me tell you that he was awesome! Dr. Call was very gentle and patient. My son never even knew he was getting shots. I would recommend this Dentist office. I've never been disappointed. Thank you Timber kids

Very disappointed with the entire experience here, my grand daughter had caps put on by this dentist office age 4. At that time- one of them, she said to me... it wiggles and doesn't fit. So I took her back 3 times, and the dentists said that it was fine, well, today she had to have it pulled because it sat under that cap and rotted. Dentists should listen to their patients! Even little kids ! Go somewhere else! Not here, I do not recommend

The staff at the grants pass office was so compassionate and calming! My daughter is 7 and normally terrified but she was so happy after our visit today! She will be going under to have a tooth pulled and some other work done and I am beyond terrified about this because she has never been put under before! I will update after she has had the work done. I am praying for the best because I am just so scared. I have heard amazing things about timber kids and that is why we are with them now! Blessings to all

I am very disappointed. Due to loss of work because of COVID, we are on OHP. My two year old son was referred to Timber dentistry by Advantage Dental. During about a 4 month period, I would continuously try to schedule my sons appointment. Every call I made a woman would say they were transferring me to the referral specialist so the appointment could be scheduled, but then the woman would come back saying she is unavailable and needs to call me back later. Not once did the referral specialist call me back. I confirmed with Advantage Dental that the referral was cleared (months ago), it is active and I just to needed to schedule an appointment with Timber Dentistry. I called them so many times I lost track, eventually they stopped answering my calls. So I tried emailing and requesting an appointment through their website. I called Advantage Dental today explaining what's been going on and if my son could be sent elsewhere. The agent explained Timber Dentistry was treating us this way because they VERY RECENTLY decided to stop accepting new OHP patients. Although they were supposed to see the patients that had already been REFERRED BEFORE this decision was made. I am livid and sad honestly, my son has been suffering and in pain. To the point where a piece of tooth chipped off during this process of waiting for them to schedule his appointment. This is quoted from their website "We believe that quality dental care should be affordable and accessible for family". Yet they didnt even have the decency to respond. I rarely leave negative reviews but I had to let the public know. Especially OHP family's. So no other parent or CHILD has to experience this.

I have never been in such a positive atmosphere associated with a Dental Practice before. I have four children under 6 and the staff at Timber Kids always makes the effort to accommodate my family at the same time, knowing it is hard to bring kids back and forth. My insurance tried to push two of my kids to another practice (Smile Keepers) who, wanted to put my son under anesthesia for 6 supposed cavities. I knew it was very fishy because non of my children have ever had anything like that happen before. I fought with my insurance to get my two younger kids at Timber kids and was told an entirely different story pertaining to the health of my child's mouth. Tanya at Timber Kids was so helpful in getting my insurance to redirect my two kids to Timber Kids and it was WORTH IT. I trust the staff there IMPLICITLY. If I could go to this practice as an adult I would, that is how much I believe and trust them. Do no hesitate to go to this practice...you will not be disappointed.
