Our mission is simple. We serve smiles from the outside in (with awesome dental care), but we also do it from the inside out through customer service, good coffee, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and TVs available during your treatment, and more.

I met my wife (and co-owner of Timber Dental), Dr. Molly, in Omaha, Nebraska while we were in dental school together. If Im not working, its a safe bet that Im fishing or foraging on the coast with my family.
I am an Oregonian through and through! Born and raised in the Bethany area, I went on to attend OSU and then OHSU for dental school. I live in North Plains now with my wife and two daughters! We love taking advantage of the beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer and are big Blazer and Beaver fans!
I love to explore Oregon with my family, to garden/grow things in my little suburban backyard, and to create (relatively) healthy, kid-approved, 30-minute recipes(especially Korean and Indian foods). When I retire, my dream is to have a little farm!
I was born and raised in NE Georgia, where I gained an appreciation for the mountains, water, adventure, yall, biscuits, and sweet tea. I have an amazing partner, Hailey, and a gold retriever, Nova.I love to play outside! Rock climbing, skiing, mountaineering, trail running, hiking, and backpacking are my favorites.
Dr. Choti was born in Thailand, moved to the US when he was 8, grew up in California and graduated dental school in San Francisco. He enjoys reading, walking around the neighborhood, cooking, and going to thrift stores.
Dr. Beinlich grew up outside Chicago. During her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, biking, jogging, and playing tennis. She loves to travel and she is constantly exploring the outdoors.
Dr. Will grew up in Detroit, MI and moved to the PNW last year. He went to undergrad at Michigan State University and dental school at the University of Detroit. Since hes moved here, hes gotten into disc golf and plays three to four days a week. He enjoys going to concerts and local shows.
Dr. McCunniff and his wife moved to Oregon because they love the outdoors and the ability to have spontaneous weekend adventures to the mountains, coast, or to a good breakfast place. He also enjoys camping, skiing, hiking, and golf.
Dr. Faraz grew up in Northern Virginia and worked as dental assistant before pursuing a career as a dentist! She moved to Chicago for dental school where she met her husband. They love the PNW and they are thrilled to be in Portland!
Dr Lin is an Oregon native, a graduate of OSU and then OSHU dental school. She is bi-lingual, speaking Mandarin fluently. She loves to go for walks with her fianc (weather permitting), but otherwise loves to binge watch cooking shows on a cold rainy day. Dr Lin is passionate about cosmetic dentistry, as well as implants. She is excited to help you transform your smile!

I'm grateful for the treatment I received from Timber Dental Downtown. Not only they are excellent in their job, their extra care toward me as a blind patient was something I truly appreciate. I had an accident on my way to Timber Dental. How they all rallied around to stop me from bleeding still warms my heart. I highly recommend Timber Dental.

I made an appointment, and was extremely clear about what I needed treated. I went in, the dentist looked at it and proposed a course of treatment, and prepared me for the procedure. Right before he started, I was confronted with an $800 bill I had to sign then and there because dental insurance won't cover this procedure. I was told I had to sign immediately if I wanted the procedure done. I'm pretty insulted by this kind of high-pressure sales tactic when they could have been clear from much earlier how much it'd cost and that it wouldn't be covered by insurance. It put me in a very difficult and embarrassing situation. The people who work there should feel bad for doing this.

Couldn't recommend this dentist enough. Came in last minute due to a severely infected wisdom tooth and they took it out that same day despite not having any openings. They are compassionate and really make you feel like they care about you and your well-being. Their prices seem to be more affordable than your average dentist and with their dental savers plan even without insurance the bill isn't that high. I can't sing their praises enough! The team downtown at Timber Dental did such amazing job I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental care. I came in for a cleaning/screening and found out that I had a couple cavities. The staff was fast detailed pleasant and the service has been great. They even called the next day to check on me and see how my mouth felt. Thank you timber dental staff Jeff

Dr. Darvishi is legit the best!! So understanding, and knowledgeable with great work! I was so scared to pull out my wisdom teeth! But he did it very great! Timber Dental is lucky to have him! The staff are very kind too, and try to provide good care of patients! Thank you!

They are very friendly, office is super clean and modern and pretty, and I'm sure they provide excellent dental care. But they overcharge and upsell. If you have insurance or lots of free cash to blow, go here, I'm sure they're great, have a lovely experience of being parted from your money. They quoted me over $5k for dental work including $1600 for deep cleaning - which they said 'they would normally do one quad at a time per visit, but because I needed all 4, they would do 2 per visit' - meaning I'd be forking out $400 per hour for a dental hygienist, $800 per 2 hr visit. But oh, the receptionist was all smiles when she said "if I was concerned about the cost not to worry, they had a great payment plan available." I didn't feel like I could afford to help them pay for their space-age chairs and Swedish remodel, so... I went elsewhere and was quoted $2500 for the same mouth full of teeth. No deep cleaning necessary. I'll be recommending all my friends steer clear of this place

What a great experience at the dentist! The office was clean, the staff was super friendly and I was in and out with my cleaning in under an hour! Timber has it dialed in, I was even able to take a conference call while the friendly and efficient staff cleaned and polished me up. If you are at all concerned about Covid, this team has their office dialed in so YOU and the staff super safe! I love Timber Dental, highly recommend!

Great experience as a new patient when I was recently in for a cleaning. Very friendly staff that explained everything - talking to me about what they saw with my teeth that I should pay attention to until my next visit. X-rays and photos they took of my teeth were reviewed with me by Dr. Eid. Completely happy with my experience!

Impressive! After three visits to Timber Dental DT (emergency, new patient and a deep cleaning with other work), I can say that this is the best dental practice I have ever visited. The reception staff that has been consistently friendly, efficient and very accommodating (especially when I was running late to my first visit), The billing office has coordinated with my insurance company and provided easily understandable cost estimates. The procedures undertaken by Dr. Eid and Dr. Faraz, as well as my hygienist were almost completely pain-free. I think it was a combination of their expertise and warmth that made this possible. Highly Recommended!
