Dr. Dudley's father, William H. Dudley, founded his family practice in Indianapolis in 1960, Tim's great grandfather was a dentist before that. Tim worked with his father for six and a half years, learning the profession and now carrying on a tradition of caring.

Dr. Dudley believes in affordable dentistry that focuses on what needs to be done, not what can be upsold or is unnecessary but profitable. You and your loved ones will get great family dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and more. The doctor also performs cosmetic dentistry that can help improve your smile.

Starting in 2001, Dr. Dudley began offering essential dental care to people who had rarely or never seen a dentist. He has provided free dentistry in Kenya, Jamaica, and other locations. See his gallery for images of his travels.

Gina graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1985, completing the dental assisting program. In 1999, Gina returned to it and finished with a license in dental hygiene, achieving an LDH degree. She continues to further her education through CE courses. In 2014, Gina became licensed in the administration of local anesthesia.

Karen graduated from Indiana University School of Business in 1993 with a bachelors of science in business administration and human resources. Her work experience includes administrative and management positions in the insurance, medical, and human resources venues.

Karen lives in Avon and is married to her husband, Ron. She enjoys a blended family of six children and four grandchildren. Her hobbies include golf, cooking, sewing, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Cindy graduated from Franklin Central High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She and Dr. Dudley were married in 1994. Cindy has been active in the practice since that time and has been an office manager since 1999.

Katie graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016 with a bachelors of science in dental hygiene; She has her dental hygiene and local anesthetic licenses which has allowed her to be instrumental in a variety of dental offices. Katie continues to advance her education through continuing education courses.
