A native Abilenian, Dr. Tim Simpson graduated from McMurry University in 1980 and went on to graduate from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1984. Dr. Simpson has since become a well known sedation and cosmetic dentist in the Abilene area due to his skill and experience, as well as the consistent quality of his results. He is married and has three sons and one granddaughter.
A registered dental hygienist, Patty earned her B.S. from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1982. She has been active in all aspects of the practice since 1990, including certification in nitrous-oxide andInvisalign training. In addition to her functions in the office, she has three sons, one granddaughter and enjoys traveling and skiing.
Callie was born and raised in Hawley, TX, and joined our team in 2007 right out of high school. She earned her registered dental assistant certification along with additional certifications, and facilitates the doctor in all aspects of patient care. Her favorite things to do are being outdoors, floating the river, and being with family, friends, and her dogs.
Originally from Springtown, TX, Alanna relocated to Abilene in the summer of 2021. She joined our team with both general dentistry and oral surgery office experience. In her free time, she enjoys working out, trying new local restaurants, and hanging out with her two children.
Originally from Sweetwater, TX, Molly joined our team in early 2018 after relocating to Abilene. Molly helps patients with preventive and periodontal care as a dental hygienist. In her free time, Molly performs with the Abilene Community Band, plays piano, and paints.
Raised in Brady, TX, Mikka came to Abilene in 2019. She has her registered dental assistant certification and in addition, facilitates patients scheduling their treatment with both the hygienist, and doctor. Mikka has one son and her favorite thing to do outside of work is spending time with her family.

The dental implant procedure typically takes two separate steps. The first step of the dental implant procedure requires the surgical insertion of a titanium artificial tooth root that eventually serves as a permanent foundation for the replacement tooth. Posting again since my last comment was deleted.... Dr. Simpson is very rude and flat out embarrassed me in front of his co-workers. From my personal experience I think he is lazy and picks and chooses who he wants to see and who he can pawn off to another dr. That what he did for me anyway. Oh yeah and then took $105 and walked off. Very poor service for being considered a professional.

I absolutely love the people here! My family and I have been going to Dr. Simpson for over 10 years. They are always willing to work with our crazy schedules and very attentive to our needs. They show genuine concern and take very good care of us. No one particularly enjoys going to the dentist but when they are as kind and friendly as the staff here it makes it better!

Let's face it, dental care is expensive anywhere you go.......and you pretty much, like anything else in life, get exactly what you pay for. I would rather pay a little extra for exceptional care.....I mean that in EVERY ASPECT.......than go to a "cheaper" dentist office.....and get just that....CHEAP CARE. He, Dr Simpson, has always been friendly, puts you at ease, makes you smile even when you don't want to...lol. His staff is the exact same way....and they are ALL very professional and damn good at what they do. Anyone that says otherwise is just......well, ya know. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS OFFICE!!!!!! AMAZING CARE AND PEOPLE!!!!

I went to my appointment thinking my teeth were going to be cleaned and instead I got 30 plus pictures and x-rays of my teeth. I was told my actual teeth cleaning would be on another day and require another hour or so of my time. As I am leaving I was given a quote to pay extra to have my teeth cleaned when my policy covers teeth cleaning. I also found out that they are not in network for my insurance company, which they knew they were not and failed to tell me so prior my appointment. To add more insult to injury, I was told by Pamela I would have to pay another $15 for the pictures and x-rays they charged me (another $55) and my insurance (80%) for already. All they are doing is **E-MAILING** the x-rays and pictures to my new Dentist, Dr. Gore. In case your wondering, my new dentist did not charge me extra and cleaned my teeth the same day I went. How about that? Stay away from here unless you like getting ripped off and/or wasting your time.

I went to Dr. Simpson's office in early April of this year and while my review can only share my personal experiences, I highly recommend Abilene Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone out there who might be in need of dental care. If you want a friendly and inviting atmosphere - which let's face it a lot of people do when it comes to dental - they have you covered!! More than covered actually...and I really want to emphasize that; these are phenomenal people with an incredibly caring attitude who do more than just a fantastic job in my eyes. For someone like me who is anxious in general - there wasn't a moment during this whole process where I didn't feel anything but calm and relaxed. So, if it's important to you to have the least amount of nerves or anxiety when you go to get work done then look no further!! I have had to get quite a lot done and I can tell you that it's been one of the best things in my life. The work they do is outstanding and I can honestly say that I've never been happier. The amount of hard work and detail they put into everything they do for their patients is part of what makes the work they do so beneficial and unique. Whatever you need in terms of dental, they do go above and beyond to make sure you get the help that you need. So, I really can't say enough about this office and the fantastic job that they have done to help me personally... However, on a viewpoint that isn't personal (since this is a review) I can confidently tell you that everything they have done for me is what they do every single day, for every single patient that they have and they will without a doubt, do the same for you as well! This is the first review I have ever made so I realize a lot of it is personal input but I still feel like it's very important to share experiences like this. Abilene Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry is the place you want to go or at least, it's the place I would recommend to you! The work they do is incredible and the people there are truly amazing and can help you if you ever need it.

I would recommend Abilene Aesthetic and Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone. As a person who absolutely hates going to the dentist, this place made it much more bearable! Very friendly staff, clean environment and informative dentist. I felt very comfortable and will not mind making my next appointment.
