I can't for the life of me remember my dentist but he was amazing!! He calmed me down because of my anxiety and he had me so numb I didn't even feel the pressure when he pulled 4 teeth for me! Highly recommend them!! All around positive and nice environment and people!!

Update- removing a single star due to strange insurance situation that never should have happened. I'm grateful they take Medicaid, as my family is poor. Very. Long story. When we learned the dental program had been "enhanced" for some adults to receive $1000/year in dental care, we were elated because it meant my adult daughter with Autism Spectrum Disorder (whom we have never requested Disability for, for personal reasons- but this ordeal is one reason we are rethinking that decision) could get her night guard & start protecting her remaining back teeth that bruxism & TMJ has caused premature cracking & loss in. She got the guard, but not before we were alerted that the office made a mistake & her yearly charges ran over the $1,000 by >$200 and now my adult daughter, who lives at home, doesn't drive or have any credit, is on the hook for the balance. Now, I've been trying to make small payments towards it so her credit report isn't damaged for someone else's mistake, but their medical billing department needs to reconsider how they handle these instances with their disabled adult patients. We really can't afford this, and I'm not sure it's legal. I hate leaving this review because we will continue to visit, at least for my son who also has ASD & they're, frankly, wonderful with regarding bedside manner, but the more I think about this situation, the more it just stinks. Sorry. ______ So far, our experience has been great. I needed to find a new dentist and transfer my kids from a Winchester dentist (which shall remain nameless) & I wish I'd known sooner they took our insurance and could do the specialty work my daughter needs done. The old dentist gave us a list of surrounding dentists that did crowns and know we live in Capon Bridge, yet Dr. Nichols wasn't on it when WVU in Morgantown was We were able to get an appointment in less than 6 weeks and every single person we came in contact with that works there was amazingly friendly. Dr. Nichols himself seems both informative and well informed, answering all our questions and ensuring us we could start a treatment plan and get our dental health back on track. The office is very clean and quiet. We feel really lucky to have such a fantastic place so close to home & only wish we would have looked into this place years ago.

On February 28, 2022 I went an had my teeth all pulled!!! What an amazing dentist! Excellent to say the least! I have had no pain or discomfort from 22 teeth being taken out at one time!!! I have to say he an his team are the best ever dentists I have ever had in my life! I highly recommend the practice at all cost!!! Thank You so much !!! Bless you all!!!

My experience here was amazing! I was very nervous and the whole staff was so friendly. The doctor was very kind and gentle and I hardly felt any pain at all! That's amazing considering I had 9 teeth extracted!! I would recommend them to everyone

Extremely fast, didnt even have half the paperwork finished when they called us back. Dentist was very friendly. Worth the 1 1/2 hour trip

Absolutely hands down best dentist office. Knowledge, very kind, understanding, gentle. Quick. The beautiful lady at the front window from start to finish made me feel everything was ok. And it was. Can't say enough good about this office 10 star!!

This is the absolute best experience I have ever had at a Dentist. Their entire staff is amazing. I drove an hour and half and will gladly do it again. Expert staff!

Dr. Nichols is the best in the business! He genuinely cares. I have been going to him since 2009 and whatever issue I have he handles it with compassion. My bite is really bad and he has taken the time with me to discuss options and talks through the process. His staff is always so pleasant and helpful. If they don't know the answer they will find out for you. My favorite dentist of all time!

One of the Best Dentist I've ever been too! The staff was friendly, but most importantly Dr. Minh and his assistant were awesome, They were patient with me and my anxiety, quick to help me relax by offering the option of laughing gas. Best decision I ever made!
