Dr. Tim Jacobson is a graduate of St Johns University and the University of Minnesota Dental School. He joined Colt and Jacobsons as a partner in 2002. In 2003-2004, he completed implant training at the Misch International Implant Institute in all stages of implant surgery and prosthetics. In 2004, he completed a fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He spent six years completing advanced training for aesthetics and comprehensive treatment through the Spear Institute of Advanced Dental Education, where hes now a visiting faculty member and mentor.
My favorite part of my job is working on complex cases that include implants, bridges, and crowns. I enjoy helping to create beautiful smiles and seeing how those smiles change peoples lives. Im honored to share in this process.
I love that our team treats each other like family, and we invite our clients to be a part of this genuine experience. I also enjoy the different challenges my days provide. Every day is a new learning experience.

Dr. Jacobson is caring, friendly and an expert in his field. He keeps up on all the new technology and techniques. The staff is also amazing. They make going there and conversing such fun. They are always smiley and upbeat!

I have been going to Tim for years. The care he provides is top notch. The staff at his office is always professional and friendly. I can't say enough about the great job Jenny does. I would highly recommend this office for any kind of dental work you need

I'm very happy with this Dentist. I've had pretty serious issues with my teeth my entire life... so I've had a lot of experience with different dentists. I had all six of my bottom front teethe crowned here and also had them make me a new 'flipper' for my top teeth. The work was/is outstanding. I'm very happy with Dr. Tim and his entire staff. They are all superstars. The new office is very nice also!

I went to Colt & Jacobson after receiving a poor-fitting crown from a different dentist. Colt & Jacobson replaced the crown and I was finally pain free. A couple years later, I had cosmetic work done on six of my front teeth. The experience was painless and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Tim always informs me about all of my options and empowers me to make the final decision. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced dentist they can trust.
