Dr. Thunga Nguyen is a Louisiana native. She was born and raised in New Orleans and is the seventh child among ten siblings. She attended Tulane University in New Orleans and earned her undergraduate degree in Cell & Molecular Biology. Thereafter, she continued her higher education at LSU School of Dentistry and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Louisiana Dental Association (LDA) and Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association (GBRDA). She is dedicated to stay up-to-date with the latest dental materials and technology through continuing education courses.

Went Tiger Town for my six month cleaning and as always it was an A+ experience. The hygienist is excellent, thorough, and fast. Dr Nguyen never disappoints very thorough and to me is always looking out for her patients and what is best for them. I am very pleased with Tiger Town Dental, Dr. Nguyen, her staff. Thank you

I had a very pleasant experience my first day here! It had been so long since I had gone to the dentist and was a little nervous, but everything went very smooth. I really recommend coming here! I live a little far but it's definitely worth the drive.

I first brought my kids here, the doctors are very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. They also made us feel comfortable. I returned for my cleanings and the tasks were very through :) I never fully understood my condition until I went here and I've gone to many dentist before. I highly recommend this place. It's a great place to also calm you if just thinking about going to the dentist gives you anxiety. The atmosphere is great and communication is outstanding!

Iv never like the dentist at all but I tell you what. I'll come here for the rest of my life. They took care of me. No one has bad vibes. While I got my teeth worked on the nurse kept me comfortable. Definitely when parts that looked like it hurt she would pat my shoulder. I'm telling you that definitely kept me calm and it meant a lot. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!
