They're SUPER FRIENDLY and all the techs are GREAT! AND the lady from Moldova, who cleans your teeth, is SO GENTLE! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I've been to, maybe, 7 different dental offices and I thought it was a certain tool that was a tad painful. So I would just brace myself, but it wasn't!! She was SO GREAT!!!

I broke a big chunk of tooth. No pain or discomfort, but food kept getting stuck in the hole. I live just up the street from Tiger Mountain Dentistry so I called them to see what they would charge me for a professional opinion. The visit and X-ray combined were only $61. I thought this was more than reasonable and I made the appointment. Everyone I dealt with was super nice. Sadly for me, the x-ray showed two of my molars were in tough shape, and could not be salvaged. At this point Dr. Lee told me I would need implants. This is the most invasive, time consuming, painful and EXPENSIVE procedure modern dentistry provides. Dr. Lee never discussed a bridge. Dr. Lee never discussed a denture. Dr. Lee never discussed just pulling the teeth and chewing on the other side. It was straight to implants. In retail there is something called a 'loss leader', where you price one item in your store below profitability, in order to get people into your store for the upsell. I believe that the low price I was charged for the office visit was a loss leader, so Dr. Lee could do the upsell. I understand Dr. Lee needs to make a living too, but I feel that the lack of discussion of alternatives is a disservice by deliberate omission. So I give 3 stars. Everyone was nice. But I believe Dr. Lee is at least as concerned with buying his new boat as he is with my dental health. Granted, this is the norm for modern dentistry. Dr Lee is no different than any other, from the guy who drilled holes in my teeth when I was a kid so he could charge my parents for the fillings, to the dentist in my early 20's who told me I needed my wisdom teeth out, but could not tell me why. I never got my wisdom teeth out. Never caused any problems either. If you need a quick X-ray and you live in the neighborhood, I can recommend Tiger Mountain Dentistry. If I ever need another Xray I would be happy to use them again. But I would not take Dr Lee's advice on a plan for my dental health. I do not believe that my dental health is his primary motivator. If my tooth starts to hurt, I will have it pulled. End of discussion.

What a wonderful dental office. Everyone from the front office to the superb hygienist (Sarah) are amazing. They listened to my concerns and were very accommodating to my needs. Dr Lee has a terrific practice and bedside manner. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice if you're in need of excellent dental care!

I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and frustrated I am with this office. Let me start by saying that I have had ALOT of work done by Dr. Lee in the past and was always very satisfied with my visits and staff. So much so that I am willing to drive all the way from Mill Creek to Issaquah (50 min each way) to see him. However, because of life and then Covid I have not been in for a few years. Apparently the staff is all completely new since my last time there which might explain the lack of care and adherence to common (and mandated) safety protocols. When I booked my appointment last week, I was very clear that I had not been fully vaccinated yet and asked about their safety protocols. I was assured that everyone was following them strictly and it would not be an issue. However, when I showed up this morning I was greeted by a staff member at the door NOT WEARING A MASK. That was the very first thing I saw. I already had anxiety going in knowing that I'd have the doctor and hygienist all up in my mouth and worried that I wasn't fully protected yet and then the first thing I see is an unmasked staff member greeting me. KNOWING my concerns that I voiced over the phone! My wife works at Harborview and I hear all the stories and as a medical office I hold Dr. Lee and his staff to higher standard. I wasn't going to QFC to get my dental work done! This is mandated folks. And it's common courtesy. I received neither the respect I deserve as a patient nor the courtesy I expect as a fellow human. And the worst part is, when I told the other lady working behind the desk that I was leaving because the safety protocols weren't being followed after I had explicitly voiced my concerns when scheduling my appointment, I didn't receive any sort of apology, just an "ok". So thank you Tiger Mountain Dentistry for wasting 2 hours of my time this morning over something so simple and easily avoidable. I'm clearly not worth your respect or the 5 seconds it takes to put on a mask to make sure your patients feel comfortable. I won't be back.

They were highly recommended on my nextdoor group and after my first visit I'm definitely a happy new patient. They take great care to understand my concerns, answer my questions, and were very thorough in my cleaning while being gentle as possible.

This is dentistry at it pinnacle. I live 3 miles south of their office. Had an appointment for 2 PM. Left my house at 1:45. Had a root canal and crown [that they made on the spot]. Got home at 2:55. A little pain the first day. After that nothing. These people are pro's.
