An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

My experience at this office was excellent. I had great customer service at the front desk, and then Dr. Song made me feel really comfortable. I saw Dr. Silvia as well, and she performed a very thorough exam. My favorite experience was with Jesus, the BEST lead dental assistant. He was communicative, funny, personable, and made me feel like family. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office.

I went in for a cleaning, as my insurance covers the whole thing with them. I went, they took my X-rays, then had me sit in a room for 30 minutes waiting for the dentist. Finally, the dentist came in and told me that they couldn't take my insurance and that I needed to leave. I was so confused because I am on my Dad's work insurance, and he and my family had gone in just a week prior with no issues with the same insurance. I left, and then MONTHS later they tell me I owe a couple hundred dollars for the teeth cleaning I did not receive. My dad asked them to remove the charge as our insurance covers it, and they agreed. Yet a month later here they come telling me I still owe them for the cleaning. I called and complained, and the man on the phone said he would remove the charge. Yet here I am, almost 6 months later, finding out they sent the bill to collections. Absolutely ridiculous and I would not recommend this place to anybody.
