An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I am very disappointed with this location. I have been to other locations ( Parkville and West Village) for treatments, but this one has disappointed me the most. Came in on Friday Oct 21, 2022 for a dental filling which had been identified during my previous visit at West Village. Could not get it done because I am under going orthodontic treatment and needed clearance from the orthodontist. Which is completely understandable. At West Village full mouth and regular X-rays were taken because I was due for my check up anyways so we proceeded to have the X-rays taken. Due to orthodontics no progress. I decided to have my next appointment at office closest to my home at Tiffany Springs. My appointment was schedule for 11am. Got a call on 10/19 informing me that the doc will need more time so suggested to push the appointment to 10am. I called and had it done. So we are all set. I show up at 10am and waited about 10mins. I am taken back and the dental assistant is getting the full story on what is going on and what brings me in. I tell her the concerns and the X-rays are pulled up. To my surprise I am told the X-rays are not of good quality because the X-rays were taken at different office and she is not able to see high resolution to clearly see what is going on. I mentioned my reservation of having X-rays taken because I work around equipment which does emit radiation. So anyways no option here so my X-rays of the same area taken as before. It took about 45mins for the assistant to come and do the X-rays. I am already at 10.50am now and all we have done is X-rays. Doc comes in at 10.55am and says we need to address the tooth( of course it was clear from the previous visit). About 11.15am treatment starts ( my original appointment was 11am and was pushed to 10am at office request). The doc is obviously attending multiple patients. Work starts and we are full swing after numbing. Then all of sudden everyone walks away about 11.50am and I am left waiting..... trying to understand what is going on. Finally 20mins later I stand up asking for help and then the doc comes and tells me what the plan was. Since the West Village doc had entered notes and treatment plan (which I was unaware off) the doc at Tiffinay Springs followed the course assuming I was made aware. By the way no financial advisor came in to let me know what going to take place and how much it would cost. Finally said and done I was informed about an inlay was being done instead of a filling. No one told me anything as I waited and waited. After about 30mins work resumes and I am done about close to 1pm. I walk out to front office and informed I owe $136.80 after insurance. The front office lady told me with a disappointing smile that someone should had spoken to me prior to procedure. Waited for the top most person for about 10mins to relay my frustration but he was busy. So I informed and walked. I can't believe the amount of time I had to spend for a filling which was already identified. Inability of connected offices to share high resolution x rays. Failure of the office to get me in and out in timely manner (after all I was in a nice chair relaxing while my boss was covering me, right?). And top of all not informing me of what is the plan and how much it would cost!!!! Come on, you guys, you do this every single day for every patient. How can you mess up. All along my stay I saw plenty of staff. Most of them in the hallway either chatting or standing around doing nothing. my entire visit of how can I not have been taken care of properly with so many people available to help around? I would like some one from the office to reach out to me so we can have this escalated and I be given an explanation of why I would be needed to pay $136.80 without being explained or given options. Very disappointed with the experience.

My first visit with Jennifer Williams Tinnel was outstanding. She was great at listening and giving great advice on my dental issues. I would highly recommend her, great dentist!

I LOVED this dental office, and have been taking my girls here for years! These last two cleaning appts., got changed a week before and then didn't even want to help me keep the time that worked for me, just them! I have noticed that dentist change out of this office often, but Dr. Ramsey was THE ONLY reason I stayed! Front office has been unpleasant these last few years it seems, but I kept going because I have worked in dental and know a good dentist when I see one! Very disappointed how they have handled scheduling these last few times! Hope you stop doing this for future patients because I'm done as I said on the phone! Highly disappointed!

I would normally give them 5 stars cuz I think they do a fantastic job. But their call service was so unhelpful. If you can get past them, you'll be fine.

I am very disappointed with the handling of my information in this dentist office. I have been using this office since 2018, and until now I have never had any issues. The start of 2022 I got a new dental insurance, and updated this information with the office when I had an appointment in April. This information was not entered correctly and the claim was never sent to my insurance. Instead of calling me to notify me of this situation, they sent a bill to an address I had lived at for a short period in 2018. I was only made aware of this bill when the person living at that address contacted me. I called the office multiple times and was always told by the front desk associate that they would need to call me back, as they were new and didn't have access to the old system they switched from at the beginning of the year and couldn't help me. I would NEVER receive a call back and always had to call them back myself and ask for someone to assist me again. After calling multiple times in July, I got my address updated and got them to enter my insurance information correctly. A claim was successfully processed to my insurance and I thought that would be the end of this nightmare. But no, yesterday I saw the very same bill from April that had already been paid was sent to collections, and now I was past due on a bill that I had thought was taken care of. I called them back immediately, and yet again I was told the front desk associate was unable to help me as they could not access my information from the old system. Finally I spoke to a manager after having to call back on my own yet again, and he explained the claim was submitted to their old system and not transferred to their new system. He got it fixed and was supposed to send me an email confirmation that I had a zero dollar balance, which I have not received so I will have to call back yet again. I am very disappointed with the mishandling of my bill and upset they did not attempt to contact me when there was issues with my bill, since they had access to my information the entire time!! This should have been fixed back in July when I first called!

The cleaning and exam were very good. Hygienist made sure she got every tooth clean and the dentist explained everything very well. The problem came with the check-in process and the app that they use. I already have an account set up for myself and my child. I was able to check my child in just fine. The app wanted ALL her medical info which I had already filled out a week before but said I had to fill it out again. It took about 15 min to fill out. The app would not let me check myself in. It kept saying I didn't have an appointment. I restarted my phone and logged in again with the same outcome. I tried on their tablet with the same outcome. They re sent me the link for my appointment and it was going to have me create an entirely new account. At this point I had been trying just to check in for over 20 min. I let them know they could just cancel the appt and I'd go elsewhere. They then said they could go ahead and override the system and do the cleaning. I've been pretty happy with this dentist for the past several years but this new check-in system is so frustrating. Having to type in medical info (it didn't save anything from the first time) each time is frustrating. I will most likely find a new dentist that has an easier check-in process and who's staff is a little bit more knowledgeable and helpful.

I came in as a new patient. The wait was very long and the staff weren't the friendliest. I originally just wanted a basic cleaning. I was told of other more expensive test/exam options but I explained to the hygienist and doctor that I only wanted a cleaning. They became rude or offensive when I didn't want to go that route. I was pushed in a sense to have expensive exams. I was told by the hygienist "I may not be able to do your basic cleaning today because I have other appointments." I came in as a new patient with a appointment. They wanted me to pay more and never ended up cleaning my teeth which is why I went in the first place. I understood what they were suggesting for me to do but when I said "no" they left me in the room with my cleaning drape still on that I had to remove and never came back to check on me or attempt to clean my teeth. I will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going here for over a year now. The dental care is excellent, but the billing department is absolutely atrocious. I've contacted the billing department via phone and through messages in the Smile Generation to app to try and get a credit added to my bill for a payment I made at the time services were provided. I've spoken with people in the office, and they've told me on three occasions I'd see the next credit on my bill. It's been nearly four months now, and I'm still don't have the credit applied to my bill. Sure would be nice if this could get taken care of.

Had my filling done and my left side was aching for couple weeks. I thought it would go away but it never did. I came in to pick my mouth guard and told them about it, Dr. Luke tried to fix it. My teeth aching went finally away a week later thank you to Dr. Luke. They're very up front about everything and make sure to inform me about any financial issues.

My experience here was so bad I would not recommend this play to anyone of color. Simply put. The lack of diversity is telling along side the unprofessional staff and overall office management....or the lack thereof. I would also like to allude to the reviews about canceling and scheduling appointments w/o being notified. There were several times appointments were switched around, cancelled and not put into the system altogether causing an unpleasant in-office experience. I won't go into full detail about how uncomfortable my entire experience at this office was, but I wouldn't wish this type of treatment on my worst enemy. Gut wrenching.

Worst experience at a dental clinic ever. I will never go back. They won't answer calls. Call back or respond to emails. Terrible service. And they push you to have expensive treatments. Never again

I had 4 filling done at this place. I don't remember the name of the dentist but she did a horrible job. After they finished, my teeth were extremely sensitiveand it never went way even though I came back for them to fix it. After, I went to another dentist and told me the fillings they made were broken and food could still get in. Never coming back here.

They actually don't deserve any stars. But I don't have that option. Scheduled for for a cleaning and new client. I check in on time and waited patiently. Appt was at 10:30am and I was wondering what was taking so long for me to get called in. After I saw two people who came in 10 mins after me got called inside to the rooms. I checked with reception at 10:54pm almost 30 min wait. I checked with reception and one of the receptionist was nice and realize they made a mistake and called in the people after me in so she asked another person (not sure what she is, maybe manager?) They didn't flat out say they made a mistake but the mumbling and it was obvious. I worked in a dentist office for more than 3 years to know what happen and how they responded. Esp for a cleaning appt with hygienists. Well the other person was kind of rude. She didn't apologize and just made an excuse they had surgery today, what does that have to with my teeth cleaning appt? I said how long would I have to wait for and she said I don't know. Honestly her attitude is what pushed me to walk out the door. Poor client service and would not recommend this to anyone.

The receptionist hung up in my face twice when I called to check the office late policy. After calling a 3rd time and being told that I would be seen, the office manager calls me to say I would not be seen as the scheduler did not schedule me for the right amount of time. Just unprofessional.wmade for the unprofessional staff.
