I would give them zero stars. Im sure Dr. Tieu is an amazing oral surgeon but his billing team and scheduling team are completely incompetent. I scheduled a consultation regarding mouth pain that I was having. I was told over the phone by his schedule coordinator that the consultation would be covered 100%. I also signed a paper after I was seen by Dr. Tieu that said that the visit was covered by my insurance. 2 weeks later I received a bill from Delta saying that I owe his office 90 dollars. Dr. Tieu did nothing during the consultation and told me to just wait to see what happens with area where the pain was occurring. When I called the billing coordinator (Kelly) she was rude and put the blame on a confusion with the system. This is unacceptable. Before going in for a visit please make sure they check the insurance properly. Kelly is rude and avoid dealing with her at all costs. The way she spoke to me is inexcusable. Do more research and try another office before settling for this one.
