I was there to get fitted for a Night Guard but had to get another mold because the company had misplaced the original mold. I was supposed to have been notified prior to visit. The only notice received was to confirm appointment not about the misplacing of the original mold that was disappointing.

Seamless experience. No sooner did I get checked in and to sit down my name was called. I was in for my quarterly cleaning. My time in the chair was flawless. They even had a mask for me, I forgot mine. I was alone in the waiting area. They did not take my temperature as in the past. I did see the same hygienist as before and the time before.

Hate this place! I was on time for my appointment and had to wait over a hour just to be placed in a room to wait some more. Then they switched rooms on me. I told the tech I was not coming back and she didn't seem to care. The doctor seemed rushed and his demeanor was unapologetic. Never coming back.

Would not recommend. Appointments are always very late... even first thing in the morning. You never see the same staff. The lady that took X-rays tore my mouth apart and I've had to had them redone so many times because she wasn't careful enough to make sure the roots of my teeth were there in the X-ray. No one is friendly at the desk. Please go to Dental Care of prince Frederick.

I chipped my back molar a couple months ago on some hard candy and like everything else about my physical and mental health, I've neglected it. Unfortunately, it has started causing me pain. While my home office is Tidewater Dunkirk*, the PF office got me in same day. I only have a short window of time that I'm home so they were able to make a miracle happen and get me in the next day to fix it. The front office staff were cheery and helpful. The hygienists were kind and empathetic. The dentist that saw me today wasn't really Mr. Personality but given that they're moving mountains for me, that is an extremely minor detail that can be easily overlooked. I am very grateful and indebted to everyone there. *Currently, the Dunkirk office is only open one day a week and for pediatric appointments only.

I wish I could give more stars! My 5 year old is very afraid of doctors and dentist. He gets nervous. The assistant Shaniqua (sp) was amazing. She was so nice and kind. She explained everything to him. She sat next to him on his level and made him feel better. Dr. Nic was efficient and quick! Also explained everything so my son was not as afraid. My son also had ZERO PAIN! I can not thank this place enough!

Tidewater at the Prince Frederick office i would not recommend my mother appointment was at 12:30 called to tell them that we will be on our way that she will be there like 12:35 she said the doctor said if we wasn't there in 10 minutes that we would have to reschedule and the next appointment wouldn't be for another month... she was just here a month ago she was on time but she had to wait 25 minutes before they called her back to be seen. She got here before the ten minutes time and still had to wait another 10-15 minutes to be seen.... They can be late but don't want you to be late they don't deserve one stars...

At first this office was okay, then it all changed. There are reason why they can not keep staff! I have had so many issues of my crowns falling out! Now they don't have the crown or can't find it! They have one dentist there. The billing is all wrong, bill work incorrectly! And the office manager is horrible, I asked for HQ number she gave me Solomon's Tidewater. She is really a horrible example of an office manager! Tidewater do better.

Luda, my Dental Technician was excellent. She was trained in Europe now practicing here, and knows her work exceptionally well; treats it as a real profession. She is a fine person and has broad knowledge in many fields beyond her technical tasks. An enjoyable visit, ending with clean teeth and a wider knowledge of best care for my age and health.

Left me in the exam room for 20+ minutes. The dentist (Dr. Nic) was rude. Will NEVER go back!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! If you like to get "cavities" filled that you don't really have GO HERE! I mean maybe some people enjoy getting unnecessary dental work done.
