Daryl Fedak, DDSgraduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. After graduation, he moved to Oregon to begin his dental career in the year 2000. He later settled in Lane County in 2002. Soon after, Dr. Fedak purchased his current practice located in the Thurston area and has now been providing quality dental care for over a decade. Dr. Fedak is also actively involved with his family and enjoys taking them on adventures in camping, hiking, and attending Duck games.
Family is important to Dr. Fedak. That is why he specializes in gentle family dentistry, providing services to many generations. At Thurston Family Dental we have given dental care to patients from 3 to 103 years of age.
Thurston Family Dental takes pride in being locally owned and operated. We welcome friends and families throughout the community and strive to provide an atmosphere where staff and patients can grow to know and trust each other. Because Dr. Fedak has kept the same staff for many years, our patients are always greeted with a warm, familiar smile each visit.
In addition, Dr. Daryl Fedak realizes the importance of advanced education and technology in dentistry. He participates in many advanced courses which allow him to do full mouth restorations, dental implants, and minimal sedation. Thurston Family Dental was the first office in Thurston to start using low radiation digital x-rays, Cerec one visit crowns, and Diagnodent laser cavity detection.

Danielle is a native Oregonian who loves to travel. She enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and hiking with her four-legged friends. Danielle grew up and attended school in Thurston. She later married her high school sweetheart.
Jennifer joined the Thurston Family Dental team in 2007. She has been working as a dental hygienist since completing her degree at Lane Community College in 2005. Jennifer has an easy-going personality and enjoys sharing laughs with patients and co-workers. It is her pleasure to provide our patients with the proper oral health education that will help them achieve their dental goals.
Jennifer has been working with Dr. Fedak since 2004. She is one of our EFDA Dental Assistants as well as the Back Office Manager. Jennifer was born in Guam and moved to Oregon at a young age. She grew up in the Thurston area and graduated Thurston High School in 2001.
Jennifer is married with two children. Outside of the office, she spends quality time with her family and is actively involved with her childrens school and sports activities. She enjoys volunteering her time wherever needed. In the past, she has had the opportunity to assist in coaching her sons soccer team and later helped as team mom the following year. Additionally, Jennifer continues to participate as an aid in her childrens classes.
She was born and raised in Eugene. This summer she is marrying her high school sweetheart and looks forward to the new adventures that come along. She hopes to travel a bit before starting a family. As a new homeowner, she fills her days off with projects and chores around the house.

You and your staff give excellent customer service. I was able to be seen the same day that I called for my toothache "emergency" which was greatly appreciated, as well as immediate attention when I phoned for advice. I will highly recommend your clinic to anyone searching for dental care!

I agree with the comments about COVID-19 protocols are in place. The team is friendly. My teeth cleaning and exam were well done and comfortable, on-time and completed efficiently. On 2/14 I experienced the same great dental cleaning.

I would not recommend at all. Very rushed procedure and am already having pain. Will go elsewhere for the remaining of my dental work.

Went to see Dr. Daryl today about a couple of teeth that were hurting, He and his Amazing folks took very good care of me! I've been a patient there for many years and have always been taken care of with minimal pain and awesome care !! I highly recommend Dr. Daryl and his staff they are the best!!!

The office staff was amazing. They worked me into their schedule on short notice and did a fantastic job. I needed multiple visits and only had a few days to make the appointments. After I explained my schedule conflicts to Dr Fedak he and his staff went above and beyond to get me in to complete the needed exam repairs and deep cleaning. I highly recommend this office to anyone and especially to those who may have some dental anxiety. Thank you all for your time and effort.

I've been coming here for years now, and every visit makes me feel like it's the first time, and they are trying to make a good first impression! Well, I continue to be impressed with a warm and professional staff. Cheers to you Thurston Family Dental! (Special shout out to Chelsea!!) --------------------- 11/24/2020 - I'm back again one year later, only this time we all are dealing with COVID. Thurston Family hasn't missed a step, and their preventive measures are greatly appreciated! That, and it takes special folks to put themselves out there on the front lines for us. Kudos to TFD! I had my first appointment at Thurston Family Dental in January of 2020 with the goal of addressing my deep dental anxiety. It had been almost 6 years since my last dentist visit due to awful past experiences through my life. Dr. Fedak and his amazing team helped put me at ease and create a treatment plan. When my first actual procedure came, I cried and had to take a breathing break before doc even numbed me; that's how bad my anxiety was. They were so kind and went at my pace. The next time I only teared up a little, and by the last one I was just fine. I really appreciate everyone at this practice for their patience, compassion, and flexibility. Really great folks.

Always a great experience at Thurston Family Dental. The staff are super friendly. They have safe practices right now during these COVID-times. I've never had any issue working with them. Even when my insurance was being funky, Thurston Family Dental was flexible with me and helped to get payments processed. I live in Eugene now and still make the drive out here because these guys are awesome. I definitely recommend!
