I was extremely pleased with my experience at Thurmont Family Dentistry. All of the staff were very helpful and efficient. They are extremely thorough and Dr. Rogers did an excellent job of explaining everything. I left with zero uncertainty about my dental health. I had not been to a dentist in about 10 years and am glad I chose this office to restart my dental care journey.

The BEST Dental Care we have ever experienced! My husband was referred to Dr. Rebecca Rogers by a friend. My husband came home talking about how amazing, straight forward and honest Dr. Roger was. Now the whole family sees Dr. Rogers- My child Lovers her!! . The staff was very friendly and helpful; they make you feel right at home immediately . I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity and amazing bedside manner as well as amazing staff!

Thurmont Family Dentist has always been a great practice. The staff is professional and friendly. You usually are seen at your appointment time. New owner is very nice. The office is decorated tastefully The building has a historic history. Great for the whole family.

The team at Thurmont Family Dentistry are exceptional, anytime an issue surfaces outside the standard cleaning/x-rays they will thoroughly explain the issue and give recommendations for a plan forward based on the severity of the issue. HIGHLY professional staff and care! Their attention to safety is superior! The warm and welcoming staff creates such a stress free environment for their patients. I love how everything they do, they explain so that you are not just having things done without your full understanding, you have 100% understanding of why they suggest each procedure! I LOVE the kindness and technological advances this office uses. Each of these creates a more friendly, comfortable experience!! My recommendation comes SO high for this establishment!

I am a very complex pt. Dr Raymond recommended by my oral surgeon and did not disappoint. Real standout is Taylor the hygienist. She took her time, took my special needs into consideration and explained everything, every step of the way. Highly recommend.

We had a long list of issues from just one appointment. My husband went in for an appt, they tried to say we owed $90 even with two insurances, and so my husband paid. Then later when I called, the lady straight up lied saying he told her to charge us $90 and she knew it shouldn't cost anything. what?! They also seem to lack typical dental procedures and equipment so unless you want to go to three different doctors instead of one, I'd pick another place.

All members of the staff were punctual and professional. They are quite busy, so you will have to book an appointment far in advance, though you may receive calls or texts about openings as they happen. We are very happy to have found our new dentists!

Very unhappy since the new dentist took over. Entirely different atmosphere than when Marty Rippeon and her Husband had it. Sadly, Marty left, loved her!! Now, the office staff there are snotty acting and disrespectful. I had x-rays done and the woman NEVER put that thick cape on my chest as a barrier!! She brushed it off like it was nothing which I don't appreciate at all! My REMEDY for this situation? I WILL be finding another dentist who genuinely cares and shows respect! They've always given choices for toothbrushes and toothpaste. This time, I got a toothbrush(not many choices) and a tiny chapstick.

I travel for work and have been to many dentist. This was by far my best experience. The lady at the front desk was awesome. Heather was kind and very thorough. The doctor was fantastic and really seemed to care about my overall health and not just a quick patient encounter. Doctor made time for me even though I know they are super busy.

Am usually very nervous when going to the dentist. The atmosphere is relaxing and the music helps put you at ease. The people are so friendly and attentive. Always asking if I was ok. Highly recommend them.
