Thrive was very thorough about our child's tongue tie and corresponding options. We felt like they took the due diligence to understand his situation and make the right recommendation. It didn't feel like a one size fits all approach. The staff was friendly and super gentle with the little man, which we appreciated. We'll be back for dental care when he's old enough!

We had a great experience with our 18month old. They made the experience fun! The office was clean, we were the only ones there and having a tv above the chairs was the perfect distraction.

Thrive Kids Dentistry is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. My two year old struggles with medical appointments in general and the staff at Thrive have been so accommodating and kind. They did an excellent job at prepping him for the visit! They let him pretend to brush different stuffed animals teeth, he got to practice sitting in the dentist chair, and he got a small toy to take home. The atmosphere feels very kid friendly and I am so relieved and thankful to have found Thrive!

We came here on a Tuesday late afternoon to see Dr. Christie Lee for our little one. Location: The office was conveniently located off 102 with ample parking at the little shopping center right next door. Parking was free and very convenient. Service: We were greeted efficiently by a friendly receptionist who quickly situated us and directed our paperwork. Another technician roomed us and helped us to snacks, coffee and prepare for Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee herself was so knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. She helped us to feel comfortable and understand the procedure we were evaluated for. She was so patient and took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we really felt empowered and prepared. She was also SO good with our little babe and distracted and treated very well! We felt welcomed and had a great experience The space/ ambiance: Thrive was bright, clean and welcoming. They have a great modern waiting area with fun toys for the kids and a coffee machine for tired parents that makes a variety of drinks including lattes. The technology was great with most of the paperwork being able to be completed on a computer they provide - a plus for us Washingtonians who want to save trees. The office itself is so spacious and modern and offers a great space for kids and families with multiple children. There are televisions the kids can watch while getting cleaned and a nice partition so moms can see 2 kids at once. Price: While this is no restaurant, they do a good job with insurance and also ensure you understand the costs prior to service. We were very impressed at the efficiency and ability to take our insurance. Overall (TLDR): we had a wonderful experience and felt confident as parents that Thrive and Dr. Lee provided the best care for our little one. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the level of attention and care we have received at Thrive Kids Dentistry, the diligence and patience, the sweet touches of toy gifts and nice play area in the waiting room. The place is super clean and comfortable, the doctor is polite and caring. Never we had any insurance or financial non-clarity: everything is fully explained and checked. My kids always do well there, just the place we were looking for.

The Staff Members we're just incredible. In these times it is easy not to be 100% yourself at work and the entire crew was inviting, friendly and was sure to address all of my questions and concerns with a positive attitude! Dr. Christie was especially knowledgeable and thorough with her answers. Typically dentist trips involve anxious moments for my son but she made it a very Comfortable and relaxing space for the parent and child. The staff are also polite and speak to the children with great respect and regard. Thank You for the great experience!! This family is grateful to have found you guys!

Great experience for my 2yr old and his first dental check up. The office is kept super clean which I really love and everyone was very kind and patient with my little guy (as well as with me trying to figure out our new insurance). It was a relief that not much was expected on the first visit, but I still felt the exam was thorough and exactly right for what my son was comfortable with handling for his first check up. Happy we found a great doctor close to home.

I didn't have the best experience at this dentist in Bothell when my son was 2. Then Covid happened and my husband had cancer during that time so going to the dentist wasn't worth the risk. Fast forward now my son is 4yrs old and we had our initial visit today. I was a little nervous after my last experience so did the usual looking online and at reviews, then decided to give Thrive a chance. The waiting room was a bit odd to me as there was nothing in it. Thought maybe something engaging for kids but it was literally empty. So I was starting to think did I make the wrong decision. I had been talking to my son all week about how fun the dentist would be so I was so thankful when we walked through the waiting room door to the back. In the back you can see everything geared for little ones. My son instantly wanted to sit with this unicorn on the bench with teeth and a big yellow toothbrush and brush it's teeth. The assistant was so kind and welcoming. Instantly put my son and me at ease. She explained everything to him and got him to sit still, I don't know how lol! Got a great cleaning in and still was able to hold him attention long enough to get a few x-rays. When the dentist came in he was getting squirmy but she let him see and touch one of her tools to keep his attention. He loved all the "treasure" at the end and couldn't wait to use his new toothbrush tonight. Great experience and would recommend to anyone with Littles! Thank you to all at Thrive for making my sons dentist experience a great one!

We chose to establish care for my daughter at Thrive after meeting Dr. Christie through the Edmonds Chamber of which she is a member. It was clear in initial interactions that being ingrained and involved in the local community is important to Dr. Christie and I value that immensely! It was also clear that she and her staff have great communication and attention to detail, two things I figure are essential for a provider. So I was happy to bring my daughter for her first ever dental visit last month. It was a WONDERFUL experience. My 22 month old daughter was put at ease in the strange new setting, especially when the brief examination with Dr. Christie began. She smiled and happily showed off her teeth. She was delighted to choose a small toy at the end of the visit to take home, which quickly became one of her favorites - not because it was particularly special somehow, but because of the positive association, I'm convinced. A couple weeks later, when I told her I had to go to the dentist for my own appointment, she asked if she could go too. I'm almost bummed that we need to wait 6 months for another visit! :)
