Dr. Jenny took the time to talk to me in a side room before my visit, about why I was there, and any concerns I might have before I was shown to my dental chair. ...By the end of my visit my anxiety had melted away, and while it may take a while to unpack the many years of dental fears I have leftover from my time fixing some serious dental problems in the past, I know that I will keep coming here because of the respectful and calm way all of the staff treated me.
Dr. Jenny loves dentistry and finds great joy in serving people. Her passion for shaping artful smiles, preserving optimal oral health, and implementing eco-conscious alternatives represents her heart-led approach to dentistry. She believes every patient deserves an exceptional dental experience and extraordinary clinical care.
Originally from Florida, Dr. Jenny earned her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Miami. She then moved to New England to complete her advanced dental training through Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, she completed her residency program at the University of Vermont. Dr. Jenny is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of General Dentistry.
When not serving patients, Dr. Citrin loves to spend time with her husband, daughter, and dog. She understands the importance of living in the community in which she serves, and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of her local area through hiking, canoeing, camping, and biking.

Best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Jenny and her team and all welcoming, understanding, and treat you like a human! I have had dental fear my entire life, and they really help alleviate the anxiety. There is no normal dental "judgement" that I have felt at all other dentists I've gone to. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and calming. Can't recommend enough for those who dread the dentist! You'll only dread it a little bit now!

This is the best experience at the dentist I have ever had-the dentist did her exam and cleaning and It has never been so careful and pain free. The atmosphere and environment is beautiful. it is bright and very uncluttered. As the dentist was doing the X-Rays and cleaning I could look out the window and see trees. The chair is the best I have been in. It is usually hard for me to lay back and it was a surprise to see that was not a problem this time at all. The dentist and her assistant had such a good rappor with each other as they worked and I realized this was so different and refreshing. Try them. It's hard to imagine you will not be very pleased.

Very positive experience! I particularly appreciate the accommodations to help with anxiety! Providing headphones and Netflix so that I could drown out sounds was awesome. Really appreciate you taking time to listen to my whole history, fears and preferences and for working with me and delivering information only when I was ready. For anyone suffering from dental anxiety, this is a great place for you.

Dr Jenny is amazing! The crown on my molar fell off on Sunday and called on Monday to see if she could squeeze me in to her busy schedule. I was able to see her on Tuesday & have her reattach it back. She was so friendly, nonjudgmental and empathetic. Plus so efficient and skillful in placing it back like it never happened. So happy I can eat again! Returning for the initial visit later this week. I was told by others that since it was done by my previous dentist in Austin, TX, I might need to get a new one. Very grateful this wasn't the case. Thank you, Dr. Jenny

Most comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Jenny and staff were very personable and concerned about my dental health. Teeth and gums were thoroughly examined, including priorities for improved dental health.

I had a toothache that came on suddenly. Dr. Jenny was able to see me the next day and diagnosed the problem. I needed the tooth pulled. She recommended oral surgeons and luckily I got an appointment that afternoon. She also called me the day after and gave me her cell # in case I needed her over the weekend. Spectacular!

Is it weird that I actually look forward to going to the dentist now? BC the folks at Thrive Dental make myself and my family feel like we're their Friends! They are punctual, friendly and use the latest technology so I feel great about sending our large family of six there. They also have TVs on the ceiling for those of you who need a Little distraction. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Dr. Jenny and her assistant Grace were great! My initial appointment and exam were very thorough. We discussed a plan to address my dental problems with consideration of other health concerns. They were attentive and answered the many questions I asked. I've already recommended Thrive Dental to my family.

For someone like myself who has always been nervous and afraid of going to see the dentist, the team at Thrive Dental made my visit wonderful. From the first phone call and online survey, I got the sense it was about me getting what I needed from a dentist, not making a profit off of me. Probably the only dentist I've had in a lifetime that takes care to know you and your specific needs and dental experience as a person, and not as a number. As a result, the experience is much less of one to be anxious and fearful of, and more of something part of your normal care and health routine.
