At Thrive Dental Associates, we are focused on doing dentistry differently. Instead of a general examination to merely find out what you need, we want to educate and inform you every step of the way, so you can fully understand your treatment options.

Dr. Jeff was born and raised in Pensacola and has followed in his fathers footsteps by becoming a 2nd generation dentist. Dr. Jeff has always had strong ties to dentistry from even before he could remember.

Dr. A loves the personal interaction with patients while combining science and the art of dentistry. She is very motivated and always striving to learn, whether it be through reading articles or attending continuing education courses.

We want you to be able to see whats going on inside your mouth, which is why we have intraoral camerasset up in every room. Dr. A and Dr. Jeff will take the time to show you photos of your mouth and share what they believe should be improved, but only if they need to be.

My daughter decided she loved the place before she even had her teeth cleaned. They have a comfort menu that won my daughter's heart! She got to use a weighted blanket, earbuds, and a pillow during her visit. Dr. A did an amazing job explaining everything in detail and making sure my daughter was comfortable during the entire visit. The front desk staff was amazing as well! Our whole family will be using Thrive Dental from now on.

My experience at Thrive Dental Associates was amazing! Dr. Agarwal is a wonderful dentist. She is very gentle, understanding, and patient. The dentist really took the time to explain what she found in my exam as well as the best options to take care of my dental needs. The office is incredibly comfortable and the comfort menu with various items provided to keep their patients comfortable was awesome!!! I highly recommend this dental practice!

What an AMAZING place !!!!! Not only is it clean and beautiful and top of the line equipment but they're smiling faces and how kind they were each and every one of them and they have a comfort menu that I have absolutely never seen before I was so comfortable I was in no hurry to leave and that's quite a statement for a dentist office. I truly wish I could give more stars cuz I would definitely give them 10 Stars

My first visit to Thrive Dental exceeded all expectations. To start, Kristy warmly greeted me at the front desk and even gave me a tour of the new office! This really made me feel welcomed. After completing the new patient paperwork on my phone, which I thought was pretty cool, I was showed back and made very comfortable in the exam room (there are TVs in the ceiling above the exam chair!!). Dr. Jeff was warm, informative, and most importantly gentle. Throughout the exam and cleaning, he explained what he was doing, never leaving me to wonder. From start to finish it was the most relaxed and seamless experience I have had at a dental office. I will definitely be back in six months!

I can't recommend Thrive Dental enough. They truly were amazing. Their office is top-notch. Beautiful finishes, exceptionally clean, and top of the line equipment. They have a comfort menu that I've never even thought a dentist's office would have. They offer a weighted blanket, pillows, mask, chapstick, headphones and TV, cell phone chargers, back massager, and a warm scented towel. Seriously what other place offers this? They gave me a tour of their beautiful building and truly made me feel at home and at ease. My cleaning was also wonderful and very thorough. Not once, was I recommended something I didn't need or ask for. Thank you again Dr. A and to each and every one of you. I'll definitely be returning for all of my dental needs and refer as many people as I can.

Dr. A moved from India to Maryland at the age of 5. After having three daughters, her father wanted them to have a better life as women and have the same opportunities that men have. This would not have been achievable had they stayed in India. Growing up, Dr. A always strived to do well in school and her fathers values of education were instilled in her. After college, she worked in a dental office and the desire to become a dentist grew. She loves the personal interaction with patients while combining science and the art of dentistry. She is very motivated and always striving to learn, whether it be through reading articles or attending continuing education courses.

While diligently studying to be dentists at the University of Maryland, Dr. A and Dr. Jeff unexpectedly fell in love. After their residencies in Ohio, they enjoyed the culture and food of Charleston, SC. Having lived in three cities together, they knew it was time to settle down and put down roots, and so decided to move to Dr. Jeffs hometown of Pensacola. Dr. Jeff and Dr. A always wanted to raise a family and welcomed their baby girl, Sahana, in May 2020. Along with their two Goldendoodles, Kona & Pippa, they now reside in Pensacola and look forward to this new adventure of having their own practice and serving their community. They cant wait to meet you!

He and his 2 older siblings spent many of their afternoons at the dental office while their dad treated patients and their mom ran the front desk. As he grew older he understood the fulfillment his parents found in caring for their patients. After dental school Dr. Jeff commissioned as a Captain in the US Air Force and served in the Dental Corp for 5 years. For him this time was personally transformative, redefining his understanding of integrity, leadership and service.

We believe quality dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone. Because oral health is so important, we do everything we can to remove financial barriers and help the greatest number of patients possible. We accept most insurance providers and third-party payment alternatives for those without insurance.
