Dr. Adam Feuer grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and philosophy from Rochester Institute of Technology. He then attended Ohio State University where he was working towards a PhD in gene therapy and virology before deciding to change career paths. It was then that he returned to Pittsburgh and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry. After working as a general dentist, his passion for endodontics led him to return to the University of Pittsburgh where he completed an intensive two year residency. Upon receiving his Specialty Certification in Endodontics, he worked for several years as an endodontist in the Pittsburgh area before deciding to open up Three Rivers Endodontics in Moon Township and in Shadyside. Additionally, he holds part-time faculty positions at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Endodontics and at Allegheny General Hospital Dental Department, supervising dental students and residents.
Dr. Feuer currently maintains membership in multiple professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Western Pennsylvania Dental Society and American Association of Endodontics. Dr. Feuer enjoys hiking, skiing and biking. He lives in Robinson with his wife, Brittany, and his daughter, Charlie.
Dr. Sumei Zhong Sharma is a native of New Orleans. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2015. Among some of the accomplishments and awards she received during that time included the American Academy of Periodontology, American Association of Endodontist Student Achievement Award, and American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Accomplishment Award. But her proudest achievement was graduating with top honors and being selected to join the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
While in dental school, Dr. Sharma met her husband who is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania. When she decided to pursue a specialty in endodontics, they relocated to Pittsburgh where she completed her two-year residency from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and received her Specialty Certification in Endodontics.
Dr. Sharma is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Western Pennsylvania. In her free time, if she is not teaching root canal treatments to the dental residents at the Allegheny General Hospital Dental Department, she enjoys the outdoors and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with her husband and two young sons.
Dr. Morgan Palya is a native of Southwestern Pennsylvania. She went to Washington & Jefferson College for her undergraduate degree where she majored in Cell/Molecular biology and was a member of the womens soccer team. Dr. Palya went on to earn her DMD from the University of Pittsburgh. During her time at Pitt she served as one of the first female Grand Masters of the fraternity Delta Sigma Delta.
Upon graduation, she completed an intensive general practice residency program at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. It was at this residency that Dr. Palya fell in love with the practice of endodontics. Afterward, she practiced privately for one year before graduating summa cum laude from a 2.5 year endodontic residency at The Ohio State University, in Columbus, OH.
When Dr. Palya is not at work she loves to get outdoors. She enjoys cycling, running, reading new books, learning new things (currently shes learning to speak Spanish and play the ukulele). She also loves spending time with her partner, family, and friends. Dr. Palya can be identified by her spirited, albeit off-key, singing.
Dr. Richard (Ricky) Craven grew up in Bolivar, Ohio, where Ricky was valedictorian and a 4-year letterman in football and wrestling. After high school, he went on to complete his BS in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Craven attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, graduating with his DMD in 2015. He was awarded the Deans Scholarship for each year he attended. After completing a GPR residency at the Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System and spending several years in general practice, Dr. Craven returned to the University of Pittsburgh to complete his Specialty Certificate in Endodontics in 2021.
Dr. Craven is a compassionate care provider, working to repair damage caused by sporting events, helping special needs patients and military staff, and providing the best care for all patients. Dr. Craven has previously worked serving military members for readiness exams, and worked in college as a nurses aide in the UPMC healthcare system.
Dr. Craven currently works as a part-time clinical instructor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in the Endodontics Department, and volunteers for the Mission of Mercy dental service whenever possible.
In his free time, Dr. Craven enjoys spending time with his long-time girlfriend, Nam, going to live music shows, playing guitar, traveling, cooking, and gardening. He is also an avid Steelers and UFC fan (and tragically, a loyal Pittsburgh Pirates fan).

I had a root canal done there yesterday. Agatha and Dr Sumei Sharma did the procedure. Agatha was amazing explaining everything to me. Dr Sharma was professional , courteous, and she explained everything to me. Very personable!! I highly recommend Three Rivers Endodontics for any procedure. I will absolutely go back there should I need any other procedure.

The entire process was fantastic! They explained everything from insurance coverage to out of pocket cost. The procedure was executed with professionalism from start to finish . Agatha & Dr Sharma are both wonderful they explained everything that was going to happen . Thank you for everything. Highly recommend

I've had 2 root canals done at this office. Dr. Sumei Sharma did both of them and she is positively phenomenal. As someone with severe anxiety, she did a great job making me comfortable both with and without medication. I cannot recommend this office and Dr. Sharma enough.

I was referred to Three Rivers Endodontics by my dentist after having pain after a root canal and crown (done at another location). Dr. Palya was able to diagnose the issue, make recommendations and ultimately, do a second root canal on the tooth. After almost 5 months of lingering pain, Dr. Palya fixed the issue and I could not be more thankful! Nobody likes getting dental work done, but Dr. Palya and the entire team at Three Rivers were kind, efficient, and thorough. Thank you!

By scanning they determined that my tooth cannot be treated. But changed huge for x-ray which they get from my dentist office. at the end of the day charged more than my EOB

The drill sergeants, or "doctors" as they'd like to consider themselves, were exemplary. Everyone I met was happy to explain what they're doing and seemed to have a passion for their work. Been there 4 times, and rumor has it that the 32nd tooth is free once you fill up the punch card.

Today I had to have my first root canal. I have never had dental issues before and didn't know what to expect/was very nervous. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Feurer. I felt so comfortable. Any questions I had were thoroughly explained without rush. I would highly recommend this office.

Never had a root canal before. My regular dentist recommended these guys. The process was simply mich better than I'd ever imagined m the procedure was under an hour, hardly any pain after. The procedure stopped immense pain in my face and tooth as well. Do not mess around with dentists that never so root canals, go-to these guys who specialize in them. Dr. Sharma was simply fantastic.

Perfect patient experience! Would definitely recommend this office for specialized endo treatment! Every part of the office experience from the moment you walk in the door is professional and courteous as well as clean! Dr. Adam Feuer did quick, clean and concise root canal treatment for my front lateral tooth #10. First root canal I've ever had! Painless injections for numbing the area and Dr. Feuer had great patient rapport! Dr. Is friendly, courteous and gives great explanation of all options! Couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Feuer And whole office team!! Will be recommending them to anyone asking of a good Endodontist for treatment!!

Dr Feuer performed my root canal today & it was flawless! From the time I walked in, until I left, it was one of the most pleasant dentist experiences I've ever had. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable, & the Dr's assistant was the best. This isn't the same root canal I had 30 yrs ago!

I cannot begin to express how great this practices is. If you are in need of quality endodontics care, no matter who your dentist referres you to, please trust these professionals. I have never had a bad experience. The front office is great and the doctors are excellent, skilled and caring. We are lucky to have them in our area. I cannot recommend them enough! 10 stars!

I highly recommend this office for any endodontic work! Dr Sharma performed a root canal today on me and was phenominal! She is so honest, caring, professional and explains everything before the procedure. I would also like to say the staff and front desk staff were wonderful. A great place to make you feel so comfortable - thank you so much for your care.

When I called and made my appointment the receptionist asked who I had for insurance, at that point there was zero concern about my insurance not being accepted. 8 days later (2 days before my appointment) I get a phone call saying my insurance was "inactive" so I call the insurance company and clear that all up, then all of a sudden "we don't accept that insurance" The kicker is before I called this place back I checked to make sure they did accept my insurance and the very first endodontist on the list is one who works there and the address was for the Thorn Run office. So now I have to wait ANOTHER 10 days until I could get in with someone else. Their only option to fix the situation was to have me pay $1400 out of pocket and they would need that upfront. Yeah no thanks I'll continue to be in pain before I give you one red penny.

Beyond satisfied with my experience at Three Rivers Endodontics. Dr. Morgan Palya went above and beyond to take great care of me and my tooth. I was terrified to have a root canal, but Dr. Palya's compassion and expertise somehow made the entire experience a very positive one. She talked me through the whole process, and I was in little to no pain both during and after the procedure. I have had a LOT of work done in my mouth over the years, and I can confidently say that this was the most comfortable I have ever been during a dental procedure. Would highly recommend anyone and everyone to see Dr. Palya for dental work. Entire office staff was friendly, efficient and helpful as well. Go see them!!

I recently went to Three Rivers Endodontics. During the visit, I was told that I needed a root canal, which I suspected. I've had them done in the past, and I was not concerned about the procedure, though I was about having one during the pandemic. The staff was very professional and took safety seriously. The office seemed to be very clean, and the staff all properly wore masks. The individual who took x-rays before the procedure was very pleasant and helpful. I was treated by Dr. Sharma. She was extremely professional and kind. She took time to explain the issues and patiently answered any questions. I did not feel rushed and felt as though she wanted to address all of my concerns, which she did. Later, after the procedure, I experienced some pain that I did not experience with prior root canals. When I contacted the office, they immediately addressed my concerns. The next day, I received a check-up call to see if anything additional was needed. Two days after that, Dr. Sharma called me herself to again see how I was doing. When I told her I was doing much, much better, she ended the call by requesting I contact the office with any other issues. Dr. Sharma showed me she truly cared about her patients. I would highly recommend her. Hopefully, I will not need to have another one, but I will definitely go to her if I do. She showed respect and compassion. Even if I didn't live close to her office, I would still look to schedule future appointments with her given the care she provided.

The most incredibly talented and caring professionals I've ever met! Dr. Sharma and Agatha took such good care of me ! Dr. Sharma saved my tooth under the most challenging circumstances with minimal discomfort. I am so thankful! These folks are top shelf! I can't say enough good things about this practice ; every single employee was WONDERFUL!
