The staff and Dr Sabatini we're outstanding!! Everything from scheduling with Bre to receiving hope from Dr Sabatini that he could resolve the issue have renewed our faith in the dental practice. So very reassuring we found a dental office who wants to help the patient!.

The doctor and staff in this office were excellent!! I was extremely nervous about my procedure but they definitely put my mind at ease!!! The office is clean and relaxing also! I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Rudolph definitely made me feel more comfortable, since Im not someone who normally enjoys going to dentist. With the multiple options and forms of sedation it made the experience that much easier.

I was do nervous as I was making a major change to my front tooth. As soon as the place the permanent new tooth I could of cried. It fits and looks so much better than my previous tooth I have have for almost 15 years. When Dr. O said he could make it better he wasn't lying. I couldn't recommend him enough. Plus all the ladies in the office are so friendly and inviting!

Would give zero stars if I could. They billed me for services I never received and won't refund my money. I've had to file disputes with the credit card companies. Terrible customer service extremely rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Very unprofessional got there and stated my appointment is not for another 3 hours even thought i have a email stating it was the time i arrived, then was told they dont accept my insurance after they told me they did on the phone when scheduling

DON'T GO HERE!!! I went for 2 IMPLANTS, in which both have fallen out in less than 2 years from having them put in. I actually swallowed the second one that fell out while eating. They want to charge me another $2500 after already paying $6000 for the implants in the first place to replace the tooth I swallowed. They told me that there was nothing I could do about it because the original dentist that put in my implants basically used an outdated way of putting them in but he's dead now so I can't argue my case. WHAT?!? The new doctor that looked at my mouth said he would have done it a different way to ensure they stayed in, but since they are "independent" dentists that work there he's not going to help me unless he gets paid to do it. Don't you think if I paid $6000 for implants that yes I would have chosen the doctor that was going to put them in the right way in the first place?! I think they are scam artists. When I went in for my initial consult I saw a young female doctor. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known an old man (that literally died shortly after working on my teeth) was going on I do the work, but I couldn't really back down once I was literally in the chair for my actual initial implant appointment. I feel like I'm not the only person that this has happened to. If. If nothing is resolved of this I will be contacting the BBB and my attorney.

My dental experience has been a relaxing and wonderful visit. The staff and Doctors are amazing. They offer a variety of sedation for people who have anxiety. I highly recommend this practice.

Once I paid them $4,000, Dr Scabatini stopped showing up. Of 12 scheduled appointments, Scabatini showed up for three. I demanded my money back and Chubbers Osborne, the office manager demand that I leave and not return. I sued them in small claims court and won. Dr Altauser, owner, refuses to pay. Don't sign a contract or pay up front. He'll take your money and not deliver. Now a year later I have to start over with a reputable dentist. Google: Owner Three Rivers Dental.

I love waking to the finished procedure and no pain! Worth the long drive for me! I hated going to the Dentist all of my life, but the staff and Dentist here are so nice! Love Dr O!
