From a very young age dentistry has shaped the type of person I have become. I grew up running around my fathers dental office in rural Wisconsin. However, not every visit to his office was fun and games. On the last day of school in the fourth grade, I broke my two front teeth. Over the next 20 years, I experienced nearly every possible dental procedure. As the years went by, I noticed how important my smile was to my self-image and confidence. I realized the great gift dentistry provides. When youre no longer embarrassed by your teeth, youre always ready to smile.
My desire to help others address their similar dental issues aided me in my decision to attend dental school. Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston gave me the tools and knowledge to help improve the smiles and confidence of others. I know that each individual has a unique situation. As a result, at Three Rivers Dental I strive to ensure that my patients feel comfortable sharing their stories and challenges so together we can create a personalized treatment plan that meets their goals.
As a dental professional, I must stay up-to-date with current treatment options including the latest technology, procedures, and materials. I regularly participate in continuing dental education and advanced skills training at seminars across the country. This enables me to provide my patients with the highest quality of care.
Upon graduating from Tufts, I initially worked as an associate dentist at Dr. Richard Farinas practice in the Lakes Region. After three great years of treating patients at his practice, I pursued my dream and opened my own practice, Three Rivers Dental, in Greenland, NH.
We currently reside in Stratham, NH and when we are not working, we spend as much time outdoors as possible. We both love the water and enjoy boating, swimming, and water skiing. I value a healthy balance between my passion for dentistry and spending time with my family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Three rivers dental. I just recently had my first visit there due to my previous dentist retiring. Besides my hygienist Sarah, who was super pleasant, gentle and a just an awesome person in general, The level of professionalism and skill made me happy to have made this choice. I also live in walking distance so that doesn't hurt either.

Between having long term undiagnosed Lyme disease and a failed root canal at the age of 13 my mouth was in pretty bad shape by the time Dr. Riley had a chance to help me out. My dentistry anxiety was so high I was in tears at the consultation. The Three Rivers Dental team was so compassionate and gentle that after a year of care and cleanings I grew confident enough to get the implant I desperately needed to replace the 20+ year old failed root canal. Between the gentle nature of the staff, the ability to make my own (well informed) care decisions/plans, and the lack of judgement/pressure, Dr. Riley and his team have restored not only my smile, but my ability to trust a dentist again; and that is a BIG deal.

If you've ever had a severe tooth or mouth emergency, you know it can hurt like nothing you can put into words. With pain in my lower-right jaw reaching an all-time-high Sunday morning, I phoned Dr. Reilly's after hours number. Within twenty minutes, he personally returned my call. We talked through the problem, including what I could do for pain management. He got me started on antibiotics and put me on his schedule for 8 am the next day. After meeting with him Monday morning, he referred me to a local endodontist. My x-rays were sent over to the endodontist, and I was scheduled with them for a procedure at 1:30 pm. I can't thank Dr. Reilly enough for his kindness and customer service - I'm really thankful for the caring and dedicated professionals that make up Three Rivers Dental.

I've been coming to Dr. Reilly for the last several years. I'm continually impressed with the first class professionalism and service. The front desk customer service is nothing but excellence. The quality of care you get at this office is incredible. Very talented dental assistant staff and as much as I hate going to the dentist, they always make my experience enjoyable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO DR. REILLY IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DENTIST ON THE SEACOAST!

I visited this office for the third time today. My teeth look great, and my enthusiasm for maintaining my dental hygiene has been renewed. Dr. Reilly does great work, and takes the time to talk with you and allow you to ask questions. Liz did my cleaning and my teeth have never looked better! I don't know the name of the woman that works the front desk, but she is incredibly friendly and personable. Even Dr. Reilly's assistant is really friendly and good to talk to while waiting for my procedure. She even took a couple minutes to talk about different toothbrushes with me when we weren't discussing snowboarding. I found this office by reading reviews of different dentists in the area after not visiting a dentist in far too long, so I hope that this review finds someone in need and persuades them to give Dr. Reilly a shot!

As a child I had some bad experiences at the dentist; did find a great dentist when I relocated to NH about 15 years ago, unfortunately he recently retired. I did my research and decided to try Three Rivers Dental. The best experience I have ever had at the dentist. Dr. Reilly, Jill at the front desk and Sarah were all exceptional. And the dental chairs have built in massage if you so wish. Welcoming office with all of the latest technology. Very happy I gave them a try and have already scheduled my next cleaning.

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had at a dental office. Jill made scheduling over the phone a breeze, and I cannot express deeply enough how incredible Sarah the dental hygienist was. I am not the easiest dental patient and have trouble with X-rays and she made it the most seamless, least stressful, most comfortable experience I have ever had. Not only is the office clean and gorgeous, but have you ever had a massaging seat while getting your teeth cleaned? Because this was a first for me! I found out I had some cavities from my jolly rancher addiction and I wouldn't want to go anywhere but Three Rivers Dental to get them taken care of.

This is the place if you feel anxious about any form of dental work. I have tremendous anxiety. Dr. Reilly is kind, knowledgeable and attentive to my anxiety. I strongly recommend him to any phobic person in need of dental work. All of his team, his Practice Manager, dental hygienist and dental assistant are outstanding professionals. I love Dr. Riley! He always takes his time and really makes sure I don't have any questions about my dental care and is a very calming energy. The office is clean and modern, and there is more than ample attention taken on xrays and cleanings. The dental hygienists who work there are very thorough. Would recommend this place to anyone

Today was my first appointment, and of course I was nervous. I felt welcomed immediately. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff top notch. Dr. Reilly was very personable, and managed to shrink any fear I had. Everything was explained before, during, and after my visit. I actually look forward to my next appointment! I would highly recommend this office, and I am thrilled I found them!
