Dr. Victor Pinones grew up in the metro east St. Louis area having lived in both Fairmont City and Collinsville, IL. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from SIUE with a Bachelors degree in the Biological Sciences in 2008. In 2011, he went on a dental mission trip to Jamaica providing various forms of dental treatment to the underserved and impoverished communities. Dr. Pinones obtained his D.M.D from SIU-School of Dental Medicine in 2012 and is a member of the Illinois State Dental Society and American Dental Association. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

A family member recommended Three Rivers Dental and the service here is just phenomenal. So glad we came...the care they show their patients... especially Sr. Citizens is amazing! So professional and refreshing. Kudos!!

First time visit. The sraff was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean. The service provided today was excellent. I would recommend this office to others.

I went to the Dentist yesterday to get my teeth cleaned after receiving an email from your office telling me to use my benefits before the end of the year. Once the procedure was over I was told I owed for the cleaning. If I had known I was going to be charged I would have waited 2 weeks for 2021 to get my teeth cleaned and had that money for Christmas. Very disappointing.

Went for a routine cleaning expecting nothing unusual. I had been here before and had been to the previous location. It took 2 hours! The place was clean and well decorated but that's the only positive, the hygienist was impolite and did not tell me what he wanted or what he was doing. He would be upset with me for any mistakes even though he did not express what he wanted and was dismissive towards my pain during X-rays and the cleaning. Ignoring me when I told him he was hitting my gag reflux and would make me vomit. The cleaning itself was subpar and somewhat painful and he made me feel embarrassed for being in pain. I left with remnants of toothpaste still in my mouth from the low quality rinsing. It was a painful and upsetting process that left me crying! Never going back!!!

I've been coming here for about 6 years now. And they always make you feel like family. Although they are a thriving business I've never had to wait months to make an appointment if needed. I would not trade my dentist and this staff for anything.

I love it. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Whatever nerves you have, and I'm ALWAYS NERVOUS, are gone instantly. I would most definitely recommend this Dental office.

It was my first time as a patient, they were very nice and welcoming. Even the times on the phone during scheduling was very professional and welcoming... so far, this seems to be a very good place to get dental work or cleaning done.

This is an incredible dental office with knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff. The care and concern are of the highest quality. They are following the best safety protocols in these strange times, making everyone's safety a priority. If you live in the area, try this office out. If you don't live in the area it would be worth the drive.

I deleted my original review because I couldn't figure out how to or if I could leave another one.. Anyway, I had to reschedule a previous appointment for fillings & extractions.. I got there & was feeling not so great about having to get the numbing shots but I made it thru what would be the FIRST round.. I had to get like 4-5 MORE because of the procedures that were being done.. I DO NOT like getting shots ESPECIALLY in the mouth... so I cried real tears... I'm 45 years old but I am a huge 6 foot tall baby!! Lol... After I got the final round of shots, I eventually didn't feel a thing.. After the anesthesia wore off, I felt little to no pain whatsoever.. It's the day after and I still feel absolutely no pain even after having 3 extractions & fillings done all in one day.. So 5 huge stars for the doc & her incredible work!!!

Very unprofessional the dentist seemed to be in a rush she had a lot going on she stopped a few times to go check on other people this the worst dentist office I've ever been to I came in for a cleaning they charged me for x rays and other stuff I didn't need. this place is a scam
